Scope of Work: The primary purpose of the position is to perform labor tasks in support of general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings.
Responsibilities:
Loads and unloads trucks and other vehicles.Moves supplies, equipment, and materials using hand trucks or wheelbarrows.Stacks and stores materials properly.Collects and disposes of refuse and recyclable materials.Digs, fills, and compacts soil for landscaping and repair work.Shovels concrete, sand, and debris as needed.Cleans drainage culverts and ditches.Cuts and clears brush and small trees.Moves and arranges heavy furniture, appliances, and office equipment.Assists in moving heavy machinery and equipment.Fills or places sandbags.Pick up leaves, trash, and other debris to maintain clean facilities.Ensure work areas are cleaned and restored after maintenance tasks are completed.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks that require minimal specialized skills or prior experience.Previous experience in manual labor or maintenance work is a plus but not mandatory.Understanding of safety procedures and ability to work in compliance with OSHA and workplace safety regulations.Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tier 1 Public Trust background check, if required for the position.Must be able to maintain the ability to access the government worksite.Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position. Physical Demands / Work Environment:Physical requirements include (but are not limited to) the ability to lift 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching for long periods of time.Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions. Position Summary: The primary purpose of this role is to lead the contract through full lifecycle management, with overall responsibility for the execution, performance, and administration of the maintenance services contract.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
