    Scope of Work: The primary purpose of the position is to oversee and ensure that all maintenance activities comply with customer, company, and regulatory quality standards through effective quality control and continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    Defines quality standards for maintenance based on the customer’s published requirements.Conducts scheduled and unscheduled inspections to monitor quality throughout the organization.Reviews inspection results and other data to keep track of maintenance and support performance.Maintains a technical data reference library and manages the reporting of any technical data deficiencies.Prepares reports summarizing inspection findings for the customer and the Project Manager.Oversees and manages the entire quality control program and acts as the primary contact for all quality-related issues.Manages and implements the Contractor’s Quality Control Plan.Coordinates with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), who evaluate contract performance.Investigates customer complaints, implements corrective actions, monitors their effectiveness, and helps document and submit results to the COR as required by regulations.Exercise supervisory responsibility to oversee daily operations, ensure task completion, and support overall contract performance.Perform other duties as assigned.


    Requirements:

    A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in one or more of the following roles on construction projects of similar size, scope, and complexity:SuperintendentQuality Control (QC) ManagerProject ManagerProject EngineerMust also have at least 5 years of direct experience working as a Quality Control Manager on comparable contracts.Must hold a current CMQ/OE (Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence) certification.Must have successfully completed the Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors course and possess a current, valid certificate.Should be knowledgeable about USACE EM 385-1-1 requirements, especially in the areas of hazard identification and safety compliance.Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with work order systems such as Maximo preferred.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tier 1 Public Trust background check, if required for the position.Must be able to maintain ability to access government worksite.Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position.


    Physical Demands / Work Environment:

    This position is primarily performed in an office setting; however, regular site visits and field inspections are required. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and navigate active work sites when necessary. This may include standing, walking, bending, or climbing for extended periods while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).Must be able to work on-call, alternate, and extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements, including weekends and holidays.

    Scope of Work: The primary purpose of this position is to operate, maintain, and optimize one or more facility systems that deliver essential services to the site including heating; air conditioning (cooling, humidification, dehumidification, air filtration, and air circulation); refrigeration; steam or high-temperature water; and electrical systems.


    Responsibilities:

    Operate and monitor boilers, chillers, air handlers, generators, and other mechanical systems.Adjust temperature, pressure, humidity, and other environmental conditions using controls and instrumentation.Monitor building life safety systems, including Fire alarm and fire suppression systems,Emergency lighting and exit signage, Sprinkler systems, Emergency generators and transfer switchesMonitor and respond to building management systems (BMS/BAS) and alarms to ensure proper functioning of critical infrastructure.Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety.Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with specialists.Maintain accurate logs of system readings, maintenance tasks, and safety inspections.Ensure compliance with safety codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.Respond to system alarms or emergencies, performing corrective actions to restore operations.Recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance system efficiency and performance.Completes all training within the required timeline.Performs all work in a safe and secure manner.Performs other duties as assigned.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.Performs other duties as assigned.

    Scope of Work: This position compiles, records, and analyzes production and maintenance data to support operational efficiency within a facilities maintenance environment. This includes tracking work orders, material usage, labor hours, and related performance metrics to support planning, scheduling, procurement, and reporting functions.


    Responsibilities:

    Compile and record production and maintenance data from work orders, customer requests, and technical documents using various software tools.Calculate and track output metrics such as quantities produced, materials used, scrap, defects, and production rates using spreadsheets or other systems.Prepare production reports, schedules, and inventory requisitions; maintain accurate files and documentation.Create and distribute work tickets and material requests; assist with payroll data entry and wage calculations from timecards.Support shops with scheduling, resource tracking, and work order closeouts; monitor preventive maintenance requirements.Serve as a point of contact for service calls via phone, email, or in person.Update and track work order statuses in Maximo or other work management systems.Assist with basic accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, WIP tracking, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and training requirements.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.Perform other duties as assigned.

    Scope of Work: The Janitor is responsible for maintaining facilities in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition in support of operational and mission requirements.


    Responsibilities:

    Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.Collect and dispose of trash, including waste near exterior main entrances.Service, clean, and restock restroom facilities.Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and drinking fountains.Dust office furniture, walls, machinery, and equipment.Mix water and cleaning agents according to manufacturer specifications to prevent damage to floors, fixtures, and furnishings.Operate a company vehicle to travel between buildings within the facility.Move equipment and supplies manually or using hand trucks as needed.Properly handle, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals and materials in accordance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and safety regulations.Notify the Lead and/or Manager of any major repair or equipment needs related to cleaning and maintenance duties.

    Responsibilities:

    Scope of Work: The primary purpose of the position is to ensure operations adhere to the goals and policies of the Environmental Management System, the Installation Energy Plan, and other specified Sustainability requirements affecting this contract

    Responsibilities:

    Ensure all contract activities align with the goals and requirements of the Environmental Management System (EMS).Support the implementation and compliance of the Installation Energy Plan, including tracking energy performance and assisting in identifying opportunities for energy savings.Monitor to ensure compliance with sustainability goals as outlined in federal, installation, or contract-specific policies.Conduct periodic inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with environmental, energy, and sustainability standards.Develop reports, maintain records, and support required documentation for audits or official reviews.Coordinate with site personnel, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve compliance issues and support environmental awareness.Provide training or guidance on relevant environmental and sustainability procedures for internal and external stakeholders.Assist in integrating environmental and energy considerations into day-to-day operations.Perform other duties as assigned.


    Minimum Requirements:

    Two (2) years of experience in environmental programs similar to the scope of this contractFamiliarity with Environmental Management Systems (EMS).Knowledge of applicable environmental regulations.Understanding of federal energy laws and policies, including 1) Energy and water reduction requirements 2) Renewable energy requirements.Certified Energy Manager (CEM) Preferred.Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with work order systems such as Maximo preferred. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tier 1 Public Trust background check, if required for the position.Must be able to maintain the ability to access the government worksite. Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position.


    Physical Demands / Work Environment:

    This position is primarily performed in an office setting; however, regular site visits and field inspections are required. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and navigate active work sites when necessary. This may include standing, walking, bending, or climbing for extended periods while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).Must be able to work on-call, alternate, and extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements, including weekends and holidays.

    All candidates must successfully complete pre-employment screening, which may include but is not limited to a criminal background check, motor vehicle record review, and a 5-panel drug test, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
