We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support project teams with administrative, documentation, and coordination efforts from pre-construction through project closeout on heavy civil and underground utility projects throughout Utah.
Key Responsibilities
Contract & Document Coordination
Assist with routing contracts for internal and external signatures
Organize and maintain project files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
Submittals & Document Control
Prepare and track submittal packages, RFIs, and transmittals
Maintain logs for submittals, RFIs, and project correspondence
Ensure timely follow-up on pending items and approvals
Plans & Project Documentation
Distribute updated plans and documents to project teams and subcontractors
Ensure field teams are working from the most current drawings and specifications
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Assist in gathering and organizing subcontractor and supplier quotes
Support purchase order and subcontract documentation tracking
Maintain updated vendor and subcontractor contact lists
Project Support & Coordination
Support Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project needs
Assist with scheduling coordination, meeting notes, and tracking project milestones
Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
Field & Administrative Support
Assist with jobsite documentation, reporting, and data entry as needed
Support onboarding documentation and compliance tracking for subcontractors
Requirements
2+ years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a related role preferred
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
Basic understanding of construction plans, specifications, and project processes
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with construction management software is a plus

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Underground Wet Utilities to provide leadership, direction, and oversight on large-scale heavy civil infrastructure projects. This individual will play a critical role in managing complex underground utility operations while supporting project teams, mentoring staff, and maintaining strong communication with executive leadership, clients, subcontractors, and field operations.
Responsibilities:
