    Job DescriptionJob Description

    Essential duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature. Other duties may be assigned.

    Performs all work in a safe manner; promotes and fosters a clean, safe work environment. Set up, install, and adjust molds according to production specifications. Operate molding machines to produce parts that meet quality and production standards. Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning and quality output. Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet required specifications. Make necessary adjustments to molds or machines to correct any production issues. Document and report any quality issues or deviations from standards. Perform routine maintenance on molding machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or technical issues with molds and machines. Coordinate with maintenance teams for more complex repairs and preventive maintenance. Identify opportunities to improve mold setup, operation efficiency, and product quality. Ensure molds and machines are operated in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Participate in safety training and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work area. Work closely with production supervisors, engineers, and quality control teams to meet production goals. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues promptly. Provide training and guidance to new or less experienced technicians as needed. Monitor material usage and inventory levels of spare parts. Track spare parts, break downs, and repairs of molds in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (PEMAC).

    Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent plus one (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar job/environment, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and ability.

    Must be able to:

    Interpersonal Skills: Follow directions and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

    Language Skills:

    Reading and Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals. Writing Skills: Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

    Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures by using basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).

    Certificate/License: Must have forklift operator license at time of hire/transfer or be able to obtain certification within 90 days of hire/transfer into job.

    We are currently searching for an EPS Operator at our Rockford, MN location. This is a critical role responsible for correct assembly, packaging of finished goods, line operations and quality assurance checks.
