    Why Work Here?

Excellent compensation, flexible scheduling, available clinical support.

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners in and around the Houston area to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high-quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.

The Job starts as a part time position, and as the patient load increases, you have the option to build toward a full-time schedule.

Most NPs starting in this role have another job to subsidise their income while we work to build their patient load. This also gives anyone starting out the opportunity to determine if this job is a good fit for you.

Flexible scheduling! Provide us with the days you are available and we will schedule your patients for those days. Consistent availability of 2+ weekdays per week is preferred.

Experience in case management or home health is beneficial.

The job involves home visits to patients within a 30 miles radius of your residence. We try to group patients together geographically and map your route to maximize efficiency and minimize your drive times. You do not have to be on call outside of business hours.

This is an independent contractor/1099 position. It begins as part-time and your patient load will increase over time. The typical full-time patient load can reach 100-150 visits/month with time. You control your own schedule and work on the days you are available.

You will receive training before you start and will have the clinical support of our supervising physician available, as well as support from the other NPs and PAs and our administrative staff.

You will be able to practice to the full extent of your scope as an advanced practice provider and gain experience as you go.

    Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses

Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments

Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients

Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures

Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities

Communicate with collaborating physician or specialists regarding patient care

    Qualifications:

Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields

Ability to build rapport with patients

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong leadership qualities

    Reimbursement:

    $100 for new patient visits

$100 for established/follow up patient visits

    $50 for telehealth visits

Our goal is to help you grow in your new role and gain experience in your career, while keeping compassionate patient care as a top priority. We value the well-being of people above all else.
