Role Summary Lead quick-turnaround construction and facility improvement projects at commercial client sites. You'll own planning, budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication delivering high-quality work on tight timelines from start to finish. Key Responsibilities • Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and internal stakeholders. • Build project plans (timeline, budget, resources) and drive fast execution for quick-turn work. • Coordinate and lead subcontractors, vendors, and field teams; delegate and monitor progress. • Manage project budgets, track spend, and control costs. • Identify risks early and remove blockers to protect schedule and margin. • Ensure quality standards and specs are met through regular site inspections and corrective action. • Maintain compliance with building codes, safety requirements, and permitting/licensing needs. • Serve as the primary client contact provide updates, manage expectations, and handle changes. • Maintain accurate documentation (contracts, change orders, progress reports, records). • Support additional duties as needed; nights/weekends may be required depending on project timing. What You Bring • Strong hands-on knowledge across multiple trades (ideally HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry). • Ability to troubleshoot facility systems and determine the best path to completion under time pressure. • Solid understanding of codes, standards, and safety regulations. • Excellent organization and time management across multiple active projects. • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal) with clients and teams. • Self-directed, accountable work style with a continuous-improvement mindset. • Comfort using basic computer programs and mobile apps for work order updates and documentation (including before/after photos and required check-in/check-out).
