Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Child Care Lead Teacher at Kinderland Academy. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, education, communication, teaching, and training children in a nurturing and supportive environment.
QualificationsLesson Planning and Education skillsStrong Communication and Teaching abilitiesTraining experience with childrenEffective classroom management skillsPassion for working with children and fostering their developmentPrevious experience in child care or early childhood educationChild Development Associate (CDA) or relevant certification is a plus
