    As an experienced Practice Liaison, you serve as a brand ambassador, field marketer, and sales representative for Kindbody. You are responsible for identifying and converting referral sources to refer their patients to Kindbody. You will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration.

    ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow a MD centered referral network in an identified territory. Manage referral source & community databases, identify targets and activities to activate and retain relationships and referralsIntroduce and promote Kindbody, its providers, and offerings to potential referring practices, complimentary service providers, and community organizations via in person visits, telephone, and electronic meansIncrease referral percentages/volume for New Patient Assessments and expand services utilizedEffectively manage territory, conducting field visits and events to reach these goals including:Provider meetings, lunch & learns, dinners, tours and other events to allow potential referral sources face-to-face interaction with our providers and teamEducation on Kindbody values and approach, services offered, and new advancesIntroducing new products/services/ protocols to distinguish Kindbody as the leading fertility and family building provider in the regionObtaining feedback from referral sources and communicating issues and opportunities to appropriate management/staff in a timely mannerOffering excellent customer serviceSupport when needed Sales & Marketing Teams to ideate and execute local events, including, but not limited to, Mobile Fertility Bus, Fertility 101 seminars, virtual events, employer and influencer activations, and social media content creationWork with local office teams to continually build culture, expand brand awareness, enhance customer experience and recruit Kindbody patient ambassadorsWork with marketing to provide insight into local market dynamics to develop collateral and content and optimize social media and advertisingDevelop an annual activity calendar and conduct monthly meetings with provider & office teams to review results and discuss upcoming activity and support requirementsMonitor outcomes and pivot strategy to ensure goals are achieved within budgetProvide regular communication, activity tracking, strategy planning, and other administrative tasks to ensure goals are being reachedIdentify any metric tracking gaps and work with related teams on both clinic and product level to ensure proper KPI measurements

    Who You Are

    5+ years' experience in a blended sales/marketing role within an agency, professional services firm environment, medical sales position, or pharmaceutical salesExperience working with women's healthcare and building referral or influencer networksProficiency in CRM system management & standard business communication technologies (e.g. HubSpot, Google Suite, Zoom, etc.)Firm grasp of digital and social media, including LinkedInProactive, collaborative, team playerSelf starter with a high level of creativity, curiosity, and attention to detailDynamic personality with excellent people skills, especially with those at a senior levelStrong, persuasive, communicator in both written and verbal formsQuick learner, grasping the intricacies of our services to apply to lead generation effortsReliable transportation is required, as this an outside sales position with very little time being spent at Kindbody office(s)Availability to work some nights and weekends as required to accommodate specific eventsOther responsibilities and ad-hoc projects from time to time, based on business needs Read Less

    About the Role


    As a Senior Embryologist at Kindbody, you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. We consider our Senior Embryologists to be someone who is fully trained & signed off in all aspects of Embryology (basic + micro manipulation) for 6+ years.

    Responsibilities

    Perform Chemistry Laboratory and Andrology Laboratory Procedures as needed.

    Perform assisted reproductive technology methods, including but not limited to semen preparation, oocyte identification, conventional IVF, ICSI, embryo culture and grading, laser-assisted hatching, trophectoderm biopsy, sperm, oocyte, and embryo cryopreservation (vitrification).

    Maintain accurate laboratory records

    Perform quality control procedures and monitor KPIs

    Participate in the laboratory’s quality management program

    Coordinate with reproductive endocrinologists and OB/GYNs to assist their patients with reproductive health issues and clinical research.

    Communicate with patients on outcomes, lab procedures, and general patient lab-related questions as needed

    Ensure all patient information is documented appropriately in our EMR according to our procedures

    Works independently to ensure the program goals are achieved

    Support and promote excellence in customer service

    Provide feedback to HQ on process improvement and job specifications to help gain efficiencies in the day-to-day

    Is willing to travel to other Kindbody locations to perform patient testing, train or support staff.

    Is willing to collaboratively support the Kindbody team remotely or locally with their expertise.

    Assist with projects, tasks, and team support as needed.


    Who You Are

    6+ years experience in clinical embryology {3-4 of which are micromanipulation}

    TS (ABB) certified or eligible

    Able to work independently with minimal supervision

    Proficiency in all IVF laboratory methods, including micromanipulation techniques and vitrification

    Detail-oriented, meticulous record-keeping

    Strong communication skills & a team player

    Willingness to be flexible

    Familiarity with all state and local regulations, including tissue bank licensing

    Experienced in EMR and G-Suite
