We are currently hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide exceptional care to our patients and families in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange County, and Los Angeles County.

Available Positions:
1. Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RNAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plansEducate patients and families about disease management and symptom controlRequirements:
Valid California LVN licenseCPR certificationExperience in hospice or palliative care (preferred)2. Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities:
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plansProvide skilled nursing care, including pain and symptom managementServe as a case manager, coordinating care among the interdisciplinary teamEducate and support patients and familiesRequirements:
Valid California RN licenseCPR certificationExperience in hospice or palliative care (preferred)Excellent communication and critical thinking skills3. Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with personal care needs, such as bathing, grooming, and dressingSupport patients with mobility and ambulationProvide companionship and emotional supportReport changes in patient condition to the nursing teamRequirements:
Valid California CHHA certificationCPR certificationReliable transportationService Areas:
