    Job Description: The Production Control Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Housing Service Desk and Production Control Center. This role ensures accurate and timely data entry, tracking, and reporting of all work management activities, including service calls, Indefinite Duration Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Change of Occupancy (COM) work orders, and preventive maintenance tasks. The supervisor coordinates with various departments to support efficient workflow, contract compliance, and quality assurance across all assigned shops.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Supervise daily operations of the Housing Service Desk and Production Control Center to ensure timely response and completion of service requests.Coordinate daily work schedules and priorities with SRM Supervisors.Monitor data entry and service order accuracy to ensure compliance with company procedures and contract standards.Notify management and Government personnel of emergency situations and provide timely updates.Maintain the preventive maintenance database, schedules, and inspection records; provide monthly schedules to the Government CORs.Review repair costs and coordinate with the Quality Management team when IDIQ work thresholds are exceeded.Ensure all IDIQ and COM work orders are properly approved, scheduled, and closed out with signed Government acceptance.Prepare and submit all required Contract Deliverables (CDRLs) accurately and on time.Generate and distribute reports and work documents for Government representatives and shop personnel.Supervise Production Control Clerks to ensure accurate processing, tracking, and closure of all work orders.Maintain up-to-date records, files, and warranty information in accordance with company procedures.Coordinate appliance replacements and related activities with Government area managers.Support management with production metrics and statistical reports on open, in-progress, and completed work.Maintain effective communication between shifts through detailed pass-down notes.Develop and maintain the 24/7 service desk schedule; provide support to off-hour personnel as needed.Promote compliance with all company safety policies, personnel standards, and standard operating procedures.Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental and contractual objectives.

    Accountable For:

    Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with team members and other departments.Ensuring professional and courteous interaction with customers and Government representatives.Meeting Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements related to response times and service quality.Upholding accuracy, timeliness, and contract compliance within all Production Control operations.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent.At least three (3) years of experience using work management systems such as Maximo, SAP, or Mincom.Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including report creation.Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).Valid Guam driver's license.

    Job Description: PACAF CSS provides procurement/disposition support, configuration control, training, and operational support for Cross
    domain access solution, VDI and CSfC connected systems throughout the Pacific AOR as well as to several locations outside
    the AOR, including both NIPR and SIPR networks. Contractor shall help perform this mission by assisting with the following:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Cross domain access solution / CSfC SME (1 person): Administer and maintain a cross-domain access solution such
    as Secure View, an Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) initiative, for secure multi-domain cli-ents. Provide SME-level
    support for a hardened, NSA-approved, client-hosted virtualization (CHV) solution, enabling independent, concurrent access
    to multiple domains (i.e. NIPR, SIPR, Coalition) through a single wire to the desktop (wireless in certain embodiments) by way
    of NSA's Commercial Solutions for Classified secure network access program. This engineer will be proficient in and have
    demonstrated experience: Manage and maintain Client Hosted Virtualization (CHV) on a designated cross
    domain access solution client in accordance with established processes and procedures and deploying solutions that are
    used to logically split a physical machine into many independent virtual machines.Maintain a solution outlined by a detailed engineering solution that accesses applications and data from multiple
    security domains on a single desktop while reducing the footprint, power, and administrative costs and providing increased
    security. This solution must ensure Type-1 Encryption devices and/or Protective Distribution Systems (PDS) are not required. Manage Outer and Inner VPN Concentrators, workstations which include a SIPR Thin VM, NIPR Thin/Thick
    VM, Inner VPN Appliance, Outer VPN Appliance (e.g.: AnyConnect), and Network Driver Appliance.Manage and maintain a solution that provides remote access to classified enclaves through NSA's Mobile Access
    Capability Package (MACP), making possible remote enclave access via tablet or laptop. Provide architectural diagrams for all
    deployed solutions.Act as a cross-domain access solution deployment site lead and manage teams via operational checklists, as
    required.Manage and maintain a Virtualized Multi-Tenant Data Center and various secure hybrid Cloud Computing
    solutions, virtualized storage, networks, and desktops in the Pacific Theater or other theater-wide DoD deployments to include
    server-accelerating RAM-based VDI data storage, with server RAM as the primary storage tier, virtualized server acceleration and
    a cross-domain access solution.Determine technical requirements to support AF/DoD mission-sets, plan and coordinate virtualization
    configurations with enterprise technicians to include storage, memory, compute, and network infra-structure configurations with
    the local base. Plan and coordinate servers chosen for physical to virtual at the base with base enterprise -technicians and primary
    staff personnel.Manage virtual capabilities, to include the storage, network, server (applications and databases) aspects and the
    software required to centrally manage this architecture. Software may include VMWare vSphere, Citrix Xen, and Microsoft
    Hyper-V platforms and extends to desktop management and deployment of the VDI otherwise referred to Thin, Zero, Multi-Level,
    or Trusted Thin Clients.Provide test and training for Airmen to manage, the complex backend virtual environment to include the cross-domain access solution.Manage and configure virtual capabilities where limited bandwidth and access create unique challenges. This
    includes large areas and land masses that are disconnected and separated.Provide Customer support and troubleshooting for Virtual Servers and VDI client hardware and software and

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Administer, operate, and maintain JRM network equipment, and associated systems on the JRM PE and PSNET networks. All change actions will be documented via RFC and in a continuous maintenance log available to all CIO (J6) personnel.Update drawings and configuration control documents as required to maintain as-built drawings in a continuous state of accuracy.Perform software and hardware upgrades as required on all network devices to ensure all Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) and similar documents, Computer Task Orders (CTOs), and other security related tasking is applied as required by current Government directives. Ensure system documentation is updated as required to reflect that application of any upgrades.Work with the Regional Information Assurance Manager (IAM) and assistants to provide technical guidance for the completion of various related security documents for all changes, etc. (RMF)Develop documentation, coordinate application, and implement directed network configuration management standards as they apply to JRM IT infrastructure throughout the Region. Coordinate with network transport administrators and associated personnel to ensure information required for network configuration management is maintained in an accurate and complete condition.Assist in the migration of IT systems from Legacy networks to JRM PE or PSNET. The goal is to eventually remove all IT systems from Legacy networks and shut them down. Work toward upgrading the Legacy systems to make them adhere to JRM PE or PSNET IT standards so they can be migrated.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum five (5) years of experience with Cisco networking equipment Minimum Baseline Certifications: CompTIA Security+Minimum Operating System Certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)Secret clearance is required.

    Job Description: GPSI is seeking a Supply Technician to perform a wide variety of administrative duties as well as physical labor that require an understanding of Federal and local laws.
