    Job Description: The General Clerk III provides advanced administrative support for the Military Family Housing Office and assists service members with housing-related processes. This position develops and maintains reports, coordinates housing meetings, and ensures accurate documentation of housing utilization. The General Clerk III also performs on-base and off-base housing inspections and assists the front desk when needed. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are essential for success in this role.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Capable of performing all duties associated with a General Clerk II, in addition to the following expanded responsibilitiesAssist front desk operations as needed, providing customer service to residents and visitors. Conduct on-base and off-base housing inspections in accordance with established standards. Develop, analyze, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and flowcharts related to housing processes and assets. Receive, classify, reconcile, and summarize documents and information using standard office equipment. Maintain housing files and records (manual and electronic) and ensure accuracy of processed documents. Generate reports on housing inventory utilization and prepare weekly housing utilization reports. Maintain inventory of housing keys issued and received. Prepare and consolidate timesheets for manager approval. Draft, prepare, and distribute housing bulletins. Coordinate monthly housing meetings and record meeting minutes. Interface with service members, suppliers, and company employees to exchange information. Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned.

    Knowledge, skills and abilities:

    Strong customer service and communication skills (oral and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher). Ability to develop and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. Skilled in operating common office equipment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.     Job Description: The Production Control Manager is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Housing Service Desk and Production Control Center. This role ensures accurate and timely data entry, tracking, and reporting of all work management activities, including service calls, Indefinite Duration Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Change of Occupancy (COM) work orders, and preventive maintenance tasks. The supervisor coordinates with various departments to support efficient workflow, contract compliance, and quality assurance across all assigned shops.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Job Description: The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily logistics, warehouse operations, and housing support services to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, distribution, and accountability of government‑owned furnishings, appliances, and related equipment for DoD Military and Civilian housing occupants.     Duties and Responsibilities:

    Warehouse & Property Management

    Job Description: PACAF CSS provides procurement/disposition support, configuration control, training, and operational support for Cross
    domain access solution, VDI and CSfC connected systems throughout the Pacific AOR as well as to several locations outside
    the AOR, including both NIPR and SIPR networks. Contractor shall help perform this mission by assisting with the following:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Cross domain access solution / CSfC SME (1 person): Administer and maintain a cross-domain access solution such
    as Secure View, an Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) initiative, for secure multi-domain cli-ents. Provide SME-level
    support for a hardened, NSA-approved, client-hosted virtualization (CHV) solution, enabling independent, concurrent access
    to multiple domains (i.e. NIPR, SIPR, Coalition) through a single wire to the desktop (wireless in certain embodiments) by way
    of NSA's Commercial Solutions for Classified secure network access program. This engineer will be proficient in and have
    demonstrated experience: Manage and maintain Client Hosted Virtualization (CHV) on a designated cross
    domain access solution client in accordance with established processes and procedures and deploying solutions that are
    used to logically split a physical machine into many independent virtual machines.Maintain a solution outlined by a detailed engineering solution that accesses applications and data from multiple
    security domains on a single desktop while reducing the footprint, power, and administrative costs and providing increased
    security. This solution must ensure Type-1 Encryption devices and/or Protective Distribution Systems (PDS) are not required. Manage Outer and Inner VPN Concentrators, workstations which include a SIPR Thin VM, NIPR Thin/Thick
    VM, Inner VPN Appliance, Outer VPN Appliance (e.g.: AnyConnect), and Network Driver Appliance.Manage and maintain a solution that provides remote access to classified enclaves through NSA's Mobile Access
