  Looking for a steady Monday–Friday job with a trusted company?

  Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8 AM – 5 PM
  Pay: $19/hr
  Location: Las Vegas, NV

  What You’ll Do:

  Answer client calls & emails

  Support with orders, shipments & services

  Work with internal teams to resolve inquiries

  Deliver excellent customer service daily

  What We’re Looking For:
  Customer service specifically within a warehouse or logistics setting.

  Looking for someone who:

  Understands warehouse systems and processes, not just how to talk to customers.

  Knows how to handle shipping documents like Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing slips.

  Has experience updating warehouse management systems (WMS) and using transportation management systems (TMS).

  Can coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers, and track inventory details.

  Ideal candidate: Someone who knows both the office/customer side and the operations/logistics side of warehouse work — someone who has done the “behind-the-scenes” coordination, not just the front-end customer support.

  Job Description
  An aerospace leader is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Material Handler II to support operations at our Everett, WA facility. This role provides critical inventory and material handling support, ensuring smooth production flow and compliance with established procedures. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across departments to align manufacturing processes, work instructions, and material handling practices. Your efforts will directly contribute to efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement through CORE principles.
  
  Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the planning team to execute work orders accurately and on time.Prepare and issue work order kits with a high level of accuracy.Maintain accurate records and documentation for work orders in accordance with requirements.Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools (e.g., screw guns, tape measures).Perform data entry for material issues, goods movements, and related transactions.Collaborate with team members and management to maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment.Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other related duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.Must be a U.S. Person. Or Green Card holderAbility to obtain forklift certification (if not already certified).Basic computer proficiency, including data entry for inventory transactions.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP and Microsoft Excel (including lookups and pivot tables).Prior experience in materials or inventory roles.Manufacturing industry background.
