    Coach Position
    KIDSUNITED is a soccer center for early development. Our unique training method is intended to develop physical, personal, intellectual abilities and social skills of children from 1.5 to 9 years old. KIDSUNITED not only teaches children how to play soccer; it also acts as an early development system, using soccer as the main educational and delivery tool. As a KidsUnited coach, you will have an opportunity to make a positive impact on children during the most important stage of their development years.     Responsibilities and Duties:

    Coach engaging classes for children ages 1.5-9 years oldFollow the KIDSUNITED structure and curriculumAssist in the ongoing design of KIDSUNITED training programSupport children’s growth by developing their body mastery, soccer coordination and life skills through our curriculumBuild positive relationships with both parents and children, creating a welcoming and encouraging environmentCommunicate with parents about their child's progress through daily parent feedbackKeep accurate records of progress reviewsEnsure that health and safety precautions are observed during all activitiesAttend ongoing trainings and team meetings to continue professional development and uphold program standardsQualifications and Skills:

    At least 6 months of coaching youth soccer Or 1 year of experience working with children, combined with a background in playing soccerSolid verbal and written communication skills requiredAbility to work and function in a KIDSUNITED TEAM environmentFlexible to work day, evening, and weekend hours as neededExcellent time management and organization skillsExperience working with children requiredSpanish Speaking PreferredRequired Training:

    The interview process will include an in-person coaches certification training from August 4-9, 2026 in Austin, Texas. After the training, one head coach (full time) and several assistant coaches (part time and full time) will be hired. Hourly pay will be provided for the coaches certification training. Read Less
