    We are hiring a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective behavioral interventions, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and other professionals to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

    Responsibilities:Supervise RBT's work. and complete competency assessments for the supervisees.Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.Participate in intake processes for new clients, ensuring all relevant medical records and terminology are accurately documented.Skills

    Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.Strong skills in data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions.Knowledge of special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities.Familiarity with patient care protocols, patient assessment methods, and medical documentation standards.Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health.Ability to conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and develop effective treatment plans.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and professionals.
