We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and nurturing Lead Toddler Teacher who is committed to providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. Work schedule, 7am-4pm (one hour lunch break).
Minimum Qualifications:
✅ At least 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare or early childhood education setting
✅ Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential required
✅ College coursework in Early Childhood Education and/or a Level 4 or higher in GAPDS
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✅ Reliable, professional, and passionate about early childhood education
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
Maintain compliance with all state licensing and health & safety standards
Work collaboratively with leadership to provide exceptional care and education
