    Position Summary:
    Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy on Ronald Reagan Parkway is seeking an energetic, organized, and proactive Curriculum Coordinator who will lead our educational program while inspiring and coaching our teaching team to excellence. This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in classrooms, mentoring teachers, and ensuring high-quality educational experiences for every child.

    What You'll Do:
    Coach, mentor, and support teachers to strengthen instructional practices.Conduct classroom observations and provide meaningful feedback and professional development.Ensure curriculum is implemented with fidelity across all age groups.Lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.Maintain compliance with Bright from the Start licensing standards.Support and guide the school's Quality Rated initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.Monitor classroom environments, lesson plans, and child assessments.Assist with onboarding and training new teachers.Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain excellence throughout the school.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years of leadership or curriculum experience in an early childhood setting.Strong knowledge of Bright from the Start licensing regulations.Experience with Quality Rated standards and classroom assessments.Outstanding coaching, leadership, and communication skills.Highly organized, self-motivated, and takes initiative.Passionate about helping teachers grow and children succeed.
