    K&I Healthcare Services is hiring Child & Adolescent PRP Specialists for our In-Home Intervention Program for Children (IHIP-C), a family-focused program that helps children and adolescents (ages 5 to 17) stay safely at home and out of hospitals and residential placement. You will work directly in the homes and communities of the youth and families we serve, delivering intensive, strengths-based psychiatric rehabilitation that builds skills, strengthens families, and changes the direction of a

    What you'll do:
    • Deliver in-home and community-based psychiatric rehabilitation to children, adolescents, and their families

    • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, therapists, and other providers around each child

    K&I Healthcare Services, LLC is a supportive and inclusive organization that provides behavioral health services to adults and children. We have an exciting opportunity to work in our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Waldorf. K&I is seeking a Clinical Director to join our team. We are particularly interested in hiring an LCSW-C or LCPC Board-approved supervisor. K&I seeks to provide clinicians an opportunity to develop into strong professionals and leaders in the mental health community.

    As an OMHC, we treat patients of all ages for co-occurring mental health conditions, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, as well as many other conditions; and we are looking for a clinical director to keep our vision on track as well as organize and oversee the people and programs of our clinical department. The candidate that will be the most successful has had previous experience in a high-volume practice and many years of experience in providing supervision to other therapists. As a clinical director, you must have an exceedingly high understanding of Maryland state behavioral health laws and be well-versed in the ethics requirements for all therapy licenses. Additional skills you must possess to be successful include being a self-starter, an excellent communicator across multiple platforms, and outstanding management and mentoring skills. If you have a deep respect for policies and ethics and can inspire that in others, you are ideal for the role. The goal is to ensure the smooth running of the clinical department aiming for maximum performance.

    The Clinical Director is responsible for the oversight and supervision of our OMHC and clinical staff. Including:

    Position Summary

    The Administrative Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for K&I Healthcare Services patients, families, referral sources, and visitors at the Baltimore location. This position is responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, copay collection, telephone management, and supporting the clinical team in delivering compassionate, organized, HIPAA-compliant care.

    This is a HIPAA-sensitive role with direct patient interaction and limited access to scheduling and demographic information in the K&I electronic health record system. The Associate operates under strict minimum-necessary access principles and does NOT access clinical documentation.

    Essential Functions

    Patient Registration & Scheduling
    Greet patients, families, and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.Complete patient registration in the K&I electronic health record (ICANotes), including demographics, insurance information, emergency contacts, and required consents.Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments per provider templates and K&I scheduling protocols.Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information at every visit.Coordinate with clinical staff to manage same-day add-ons, urgent slots, and scheduling changes.Send and document appointment reminders via approved K&I channels (phone, secure text, EHR portal).Manage the patient waiting room, ensuring HIPAA-compliant sign-in, a comfortable wait experience, and timely communication of delays.Insurance Verification & Financial


    Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to or at the time of patient visits using payer portals (Carelon, Maryland Medicaid MCOs, commercial payers).Obtain prior authorizations as needed in coordination with the billing team.Collect copays, coinsurance, and self-pay amounts at the time of service; provide receipts.Reconcile daily cash drawer and document deposits per K&I cash handling SOP.Explain insurance benefits and self-pay options to patients at a basic level; escalate complex questions to the billing team.Maintain accurate financial documentation in the EHR and K&I billing systems.

    Telephone & Communication Management
