Strong carpentry skills with experience in framing, drywall, trim, doors, cabinets, punch work, and general interior renovations.
Experience operating construction equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, backhoes, or loaders is preferred but not required.
Comfortable working from project scopes, work orders, and supervisor direction while completing work independently.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality, move-in ready apartment homes.
Safety-minded with a strong understanding of OSHA standards and safe jobsite practices.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a construction team.
