As B2B Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Integrated Marketing, you’ll build and own customer lifecycle programs for our school and district partners —from onboarding and engagement to renewal and expansion (~70% of the role). You’ll also support top-of-funnel B2B acquisition efforts ( ~30% ), executing integrated campaigns in partnership with Product Marketing Managers to drive awareness, generate leads, and support product and initiative launches. This role works cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Services, and Integrated Marketing to deliver data-driven programs and communications that resonate with administrators and educators. The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the sales to payment process for our customers and ensuring the accuracy of incoming payments and accounts receivable from our district customers and donors. The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the sales to payment process for our customers and ensuring the accuracy of incoming payments and accounts receivable from our district customers and donors.
