    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is owning the end-to-end process of procurement, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will excel in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), have a keen eye for detail, and possess strong organizational skills to maintain efficient workflows within the supply chain department.

    Location: Emeryville CA

    Key Responsibilities:

    Procurement Management:

    Drive the day-to-day procurement lifecycle, including material planning, generating Requests for Quotation (RFQs), creating Purchase Orders (POs), and tracking orders through fulfillment.Collaborate directly with production and engineering teams to forecast material needs and ensure timely material availability.Follow up with vendors and resolve all routine vendor and supply chain issues (e.g., delays, shipping errors).

    Receiving Operations:

    Own the intake process, including inspecting all incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance.Verify and document material receipt, ensuring all associated paperwork is accurate and complete.Communicate and resolve discrepancies or issues with vendors promptly.

    Inventory Management:

    Maintain absolute accuracy in inventory records using inventory management software.Establish and lead regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.Strategically organize and manage warehouse storage to maximize efficiency and accessibility.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or inventory management are a plus.Proven experience in logistics, material handling, or inventory management roles.Proficiency with inventory management software.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.Ability to follow and enforce SOPs consistently.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 55 lbs and operate warehouse equipment as needed.

    We are currently seeking a detail oriented Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys developing procedures and processes. You will be part of a fast moving team executing vital tasks in support of the development, testing, and manufacturing of the KHA family of Ultra Long Endurance aircrafts. This individual should also be comfortable traveling in support of production related tasks.

    Location: CA Office (Emeryville)

    Responsibilities:

    Lead the creation, maintenance, and distribution of detailed Manufacturing Work Instructions (MWI) and standard operating procedures for all assembly and test processes.Own the change implementation process from engineering to production, including reviewing, validating, and incorporating Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).Validate technical data packages, including engineering drawings, CAD files, and Bills of Materials (BOMs), to ensure accuracy and manufacturability before release.Work with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and qualify all necessary manufacturing aids, jigs, and fixtures.Perform hands-on support for initial production builds, process optimization, and troubleshooting.

    Requirements:

    3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role focused on work instructions and change management (ECO/ECR).Proven ability to read, interpret, and validate engineering drawings, CAD models, and BOMs.Experience with configuration control and formal quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, MRL/AS9100 standards).3+ years of experience developing manufacturing documentation and process development.Comfortable being hands on and ability to take ownership and drive projects/tasks to completion.Local to the Bay Area, commuting to Emeryville office required (CA).US citizen with the ability to obtain secret security clearance.

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is owning the end-to-end process of procurement, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will excel in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), have a keen eye for detail, and possess strong organizational skills to maintain efficient workflows within the supply chain department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Procurement Management:

    Drive the day-to-day procurement lifecycle, including material planning, generating Requests for Quotation (RFQs), creating Purchase Orders (POs), and tracking orders through fulfillment.Collaborate directly with production and engineering teams to forecast material needs and ensure timely material availability.Follow up with vendors and resolve all routine vendor and supply chain issues (e.g., delays, shipping errors).

    Receiving Operations:

    Own the intake process, including inspecting all incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance.Verify and document material receipt, ensuring all associated paperwork is accurate and complete.Communicate and resolve discrepancies or issues with vendors promptly.

    Inventory Management:

    Maintain absolute accuracy in inventory records using inventory management software.Establish and lead regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.Strategically organize and manage warehouse storage to maximize efficiency and accessibility.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or inventory management are a plus.Proven experience in logistics, material handling, or inventory management roles.Proficiency with inventory management software.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.Ability to follow and enforce SOPs consistently.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 55 lbs and operate warehouse equipment as needed.
