Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:
Drive the day-to-day procurement lifecycle, including material planning, generating Requests for Quotation (RFQs), creating Purchase Orders (POs), and tracking orders through fulfillment.Collaborate directly with production and engineering teams to forecast material needs and ensure timely material availability.Follow up with vendors and resolve all routine vendor and supply chain issues (e.g., delays, shipping errors).Receiving Operations:
Own the intake process, including inspecting all incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance.Verify and document material receipt, ensuring all associated paperwork is accurate and complete.Communicate and resolve discrepancies or issues with vendors promptly.Inventory Management:
Maintain absolute accuracy in inventory records using inventory management software.Establish and lead regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.Strategically organize and manage warehouse storage to maximize efficiency and accessibility.Qualifications:
