The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients who have difficulty with movement and mobility due to illness or injury. This role includes developing personalized treatment plans, implementing therapy sessions, and monitoring patient progress. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, be compassionate, and have a passion for helping patients improve their quality of life.

Requirements
Must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.Minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a home health setting.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Current CPR certification.Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.Experience:
