    Keystone Communications is looking for an Installation Technician to provide our customers with fast and useful technical support within SLA parameters. In addition, the Installation Technician will be a contributor who is responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of customers systems and components, including hardware, electronic equipment, TWO Way radios, RF in Car solutions, 12V wiring. This individual will be the primary technical interface to customers for the coordination of hardware and / or software support and delivery of operational services as required by the customer. The ideal candidate will have technical skills and experience, a professional manner, and communication skills. Prior electronics and / or mechanical skills are preferred.


    Responsibilities

    Installing, servicing and integrating a variety of Two-Radio in car and in building solutionsInstalling, servicing and integrating a variety of in car Emergency Lighting Solutions for Public Safety operationsInstalling and building a Public Safety Car systemPerforms maintenance on equipment applying basic repair techniques and relying on service manual instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform repairsResponds to request for emergency repairs and follows through with timely serviceAbility to answer basic customer inquiries after being trained by companyManage updates to customers’ systemsInitiates requests for required equipment, parts and suppliesEnsures the completion of associated paperwork and recordsDevelops good working relationships with customersOther office and field duties as defined by management

     

    Requirements and Qualifications

    Prior experience with Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skills, including impeccable attention to detail and follow-upEffective oral and written communication skills. Additionally, the ability to relay technical information to clients in an understandable and meaningful mannerResourceful and able to solve problems quicklyAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentAbility to both independently, while also understanding when to ask for assistanceAbility to present a professional appearance at all timesConsiderate of fellow employees and customers, along with a strong customer focusEnthusiastic, Positive AttitudeAbility to accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely mannerIntermediate to Advanced computer skillsHas highly developed time management skills.     Keystone Communications is looking for a Technical Specialist to provide our customers with fast and useful technical support within SLA parameters. In addition, the Technical Specialist will be a contributor who is responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of customers' systems and components; including hardware, electronic equipment, networking products, software, operating systems, and wiring. This individual will be the primary technical interface to customers for the coordination of hardware and/or software support and delivery of operational services as required by the customer. The ideal candidate will have top-notch technical skills and experience, a professional manner, and excellent communication skills. Prior to electronics and/or mechanical skills are preferred.

     


    Responsibilities

    Installing, servicing, and integrating a variety of low voltage systems to include Intrusion Alarms, Nurse Call System, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Data Networks, and morePerforms maintenance on equipment applying basic repair techniques and relying on service manual instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform repairsResponds to request for emergency repairs and follows through with timely serviceAbility to answer basic customer inquiries after being trained by the companyManage updates to customers’ systemsInitiates requests for required equipment, parts, and suppliesEnsures the completion of associated paperwork and recordsDevelops good working relationships with customersOther office and field duties as defined by management
