    Position: CNC Router Programmer
    Location: Concord, North Carolina
    Job Type: Full-Time

    As a CNC Router Programmer and help bring custom signage projects to life for clients across the country. 

    You'll combine programming expertise, precision machining, and problem-solving skills while working with advanced equipment in a growing manufacturing environment.

    Position Summary: CNC Router Programmer

    As a CNC Router Programmer on our Manufacturing Team, you'll program and operate CNC routing machines to cut and shape materials used in custom signage. This role is vital to our production process and requires precision, technical skill, and attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop, modify, and optimize MultiCam CNC router programs for custom signage production.Set up files for CNC routers, SDS channel benders, SDS easy trimmer, and vinyl patterns.Set up bending files for Ras break / flexibend.Operate CNC machinery with precision, monitoring operations closely to maintain quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.Adjust cutting tools, feed rates, and programming as needed for quality resultsMonitor machine performance, listen for irregularities, and make real-time adjustments.Maintain and update routing programs to reflect real-time problem-solving during runs.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    Proficient in router machine operation and multi-cam CAD programmingPreferred software knowledge: En Route, SolidWorks, Corel2+ years of CNC router operation experience preferredSign manufacturing experience preferredComputer literacy is requiredFamiliarity with control panels and CNC machineryStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityForklift certification or ability to be certifiedWillingness to cross-train in other departmentsWork hours – 6:00 am – 2:30 pm with overtime during busy times

    Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our thriving Dallas team. You will manage a

    caseload from pre-suit through litigation, focusing on aggressive client advocacy and

    achieving optimal case resolutions. Proficiency in personal injury law and litigation

    required. The ideal candidate knows how to draft demands, interface with insurance

    adjusters, analyze medical records, identify and resolve complex case issues, conduct

    depositions, draft & file POPs and drive case strategy from intake to settlement. Must

    have 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury pre-suit and litigation experience. Bilingual,

    English/Spanish, preferred but NOT required.

     

    You will work alongside a dynamic and experienced team of Attorneys and have local and

    remote support staff. We are looking for a distinguished individual interested in a long-term

    Compensation:

    $140,000-$160,000 + Competitive commission structure (split on pre-suit, comm. on

    settled litigation cases. Commensurate based on experience. Attorneys with a portable

    case load already in place will receive preferential consideration. Bar Dues and CLEs

    provided by the law firm, and a commission on any case brought into our firm for any area

    of law that we handle.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Work closely with our clients to understand the extent of their injuries, negotiate with

    insurance companies and opposing counsel, and represent our clients in court. Manage a

    caseload of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premises

    liability claims, and wrongful death cases. Drafting and responding to discovery, drafting

    motions and motion responses, legal research, and legal writing. Work with experts from

    various medical and other disciplines assist with report drafting, deposition preparation,

    etc.

     

    Qualifications:

    Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.

    3+ years of plaintiff personal

    injury pre-suit and litigating experience. Experience drafting demands and responding to

    motions. Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.

    Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing, and legal research skills. Great attorney work

    ethic.

    JOB DESCRIPTION: Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, Garland, TX

     

    We are seeking a full-time experienced and highly motivated Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for our Dallas, TX office. Will manage the full lifecycle of the litigation cases, from initial client intake through trial and post-trial procedures. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years’ experience as a pre-litigation & litigation personal injury law and serve as the primary case manager, ensuring meticulous organization, proactive deadline management, and comprehensive support to our attorneys. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and technical skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. In addition, must have handled a case load of at least 100 cases.

     

    This is NOT a remote position.

     

    Compensation: Salary $75,000 - $95,000, Pay is commensurate with experience.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Ability to handle a high-volume caseload.Managing a case load from intake and opening through settlement and closing.Contact clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers during the course of treatment.Obtain documents necessary to support injury and/or liability positions.Interact with insurance carriers and medical providers to secure records and account balances.Contact insurance companies to determine coverages and policy limits.Maintain organized case files.Draft litigation complaints, discovery responses

     

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Injury Pre-Litigation & Litigation.Bilingual, English / Spanish required.Must have strong work ethic and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.Must have great people skills as the position requires a great deal of client contact.Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Must be able to prioritize work and work under pressure.Must be well organized and detail oriented.Must have computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
