We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team. This role requires a versatile technical professional who can provide comprehensive support across multiple operating systems and modern infrastructure management tools.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
Manage and maintain system configurations using SaltStack for infrastructure automation and configuration management
Administer user accounts, devices, and access controls through JumpCloud's directory platform
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Ubiquiti network hardware including UniFi access points, switches, gateways, and security appliances
Monitor network performance through UniFi Controller and address connectivity issues

Demonstrated experience with JumpCloud for identity and device management

About the Role
The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing daily outbound fulfillment operations across Kiosk and Van locations. This role ensures kiosks and vans are properly stocked, serviced, and operational while managing van outfitting, inventory replenishment, and pickup scheduling. The Fulfillment Manager coordinates resources, inventory, and logistics to support efficient service delivery, minimize downtime, and maintain operational excellence.
What You’ll Be DoingKiosk Fulfillment
Manage the fulfillment operations supporting kiosks across the country.
Ensure kiosks are consistently replenished with required inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Prepare and ship outbound spare parts equipment for Kiosk Servicing
Prepare custom outbound key inventory to launch with every new kiosk.
Work closely with Supply Chain and Inventory departments to ensure the Warehouse has appropriate Inventory levels.
Van Outfitting
Oversee the Van Operations team in outfitting and preparing vans for shipment
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure Vans are ready for launch on schedule.
Manage communication and scheduling with Van Outfitters, equipment installers and Van Managers to meet expected launch dates.
Track and communicate scheduling changes that impact Van launch dates.
Work closely with Supply Chain and Inventory departments to ensure the Warehouse has appropriate Inventory levels.
Schedule Van Pickups with various shipping partners
Inventory Management & Receiving
Oversee the Receiving of all product into the Warehouse to include: Key Inventory, Spare Parts, Packaging Material
Monitor inventory accuracy through monthly cycle counts and audits.
Assist in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies with Finance or Inventory Departments
Ensure inventory movement throughout the warehouse are being accurately tracked via WMS software.
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
Lead, coach, and develop fulfillment personnel and support staff.
Establish performance metrics and monitor operational KPIs.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. ●Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Support cross-functional collaboration between operations, logistics, inventory, and field service teams.

Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, field operations, or related areas.
Experience managing fulfillment or inventory teams

We are seeking a Mobile Operations Technician to join our team. This unique hybrid role combines the excitement of sales with hands-on automotive technical work. You will be the face of KeyMe, engaging with customers to promote our services while also performing the technical task of cutting and programming car keys.
No prior key programming experience? No problem. We provide full training for the right candidate. However, a passion for cars and a strong automotive background are essential.
What You’ll Be DoingCustomer Engagement: Proactively approach customers to introduce them to KeyMe's on-the-spot car key duplication service.
Consultative Selling: Educate customers on the benefits of our service, explaining the key duplication process clearly to build trust and close sales.
Brand Promotion: Utilize promotional materials and giveaways to generate excitement and interest in KeyMe's services.
Customer Experience: Manage the entire customer journey from the initial greeting to the final handoff of the new key, ensuring a positive experience.
Automotive Service: Cut, clone, and program automotive keys, fobs, and remotes for a wide variety of vehicle makes and models (training provided).
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic key cutting or programming issues in real-time.
Quality Assurance: Test all completed keys for accuracy and functionality prior to customer handoff.
Van & Equipment Maintenance: Assist with daily van setup and maintain tools, machines, and inventory in proper working condition.
QualificationsEnthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable striking up conversations with strangers in a fast-paced retail environment.
Comfortable working with your hands, using tablets/mobile apps, and learning new technical skills.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to work a Thursday - Monday schedule (off Tuesday & Wednesday)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
Must pass a background check
Willing to travel around the Orlando area
Prior Key Programming Experience not required but a plus!: Candidates who already possess professional experience cutting and programming automotive keys will be eligible for a higher starting pay rate.
Automotive Background not required but a plus!: Strong interest in cars, experience in the automotive industry (parts, service, sales), or general familiarity with different vehicle makes and models.
