Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.Qualifications:
Effective written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I spent three years working for another State Farm agent, which gave me a strong understanding of the business and what it takes to build a successful office. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and spending weekends watching sports. I’m also a parent to two kids, ages 8 and 6, so maintaining balance between work and family is something I truly value.
