    What you will do

    The Quality Excellence Manager will drive quality leadership and mentor the Quality Assurance team through transformation initiatives and process excellence strategies. This role ensures integrity, timely execution of tasks, and accountability for compliance and financial metrics, delivering measurable improvements through projects and Continuous Improvement Plans (CIPs) aligned with the Kenvue Production System.

    As a change agent, the Quality Excellence Manager will champion innovative, efficient processes and capability-building strategies to support site transformation and future vision. Responsibilities include developing and implementing New Product/Transfer Introduction strategies, policies, and programs that enhance quality, compliance, cost efficiency, and supply chain performance. The role requires monitoring key metrics to ensure new, transferred, and existing products meet Kenvue global standards, U.S. regulatory requirements (including 21 CFR 210 & 211), and continuous improvement goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead Quality Frameworks: Develop and implement advanced quality improvement programs aligned with Six Sigma, Lean, and Design Excellence methodologies.

    Manage Team: Supervise quality team, assign work, conduct performance reviews, and design solutions to optimize processes and maintain high standards.

    Support Audits & Inspections: Using data analytics,  identify trends and opportunities to ensure compliance and foster continuous improvement in audits and inspections.

    Analyze Deviation Data: Address quality deviations and process failures promptly, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.

    Mentor & Inspire: Guide team members, including Six Sigma belts, to adopt innovative problem-solving and promote a culture of quality and engagement.

    Collaborate Strategically: Partner with senior leadership to implement forward-thinking quality strategies that meet market, technology, and regulatory demands.

    Approve Changes: Oversee documentation and process changes impacting product quality, ensuring readiness for regulatory audits.

    Monitor & Improve: Analyze production deviations and trends to drive improvement initiatives.

    Train & Educate: Support creation of site-wide GMP training to reinforce compliance and quality awareness.

    What we are looking for

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical/scientific field.

    At least 6 years of experience in a GMP product manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of quality, compliance, supply chain, and manufacturing operations

    Strong foundation in analytical and strategic thinking.

    Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams using a collaborative leadership style.

    Proficiency in relevant technology and software for quality management and process improvement

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    Up to 10% travel

    Desired Qualifications

    Proficiency in leveraging modern quality management tools, applications, and software to drive decision-making and operational improvements.

    Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams to embrace change and pursue excellence through creative methodologies.

    Experience in coaching and developing talent is preferred.

    Demonstrated expertise in managing quality systems design, regulatory compliance, and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of conveying complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences.

    Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to support quality initiatives and audits.

    Track record of innovative process enhancements.

    ASQ CQA, CQE or CQM certification is preferred

    $124,100.00 - $175,200.00

    What you will do

    The Quality Excellence Manager will drive quality leadership and mentor the Quality Assurance team through transformation initiatives and process excellence strategies. This role ensures integrity, timely execution of tasks, and accountability for compliance and financial metrics, delivering measurable improvements through projects and Continuous Improvement Plans (CIPs) aligned with the Kenvue Production System.

    As a change agent, the Quality Excellence Manager will champion innovative, efficient processes and capability-building strategies to support site transformation and future vision. Responsibilities include developing and implementing New Product/Transfer Introduction strategies, policies, and programs that enhance quality, compliance, cost efficiency, and supply chain performance. The role requires monitoring key metrics to ensure new, transferred, and existing products meet Kenvue global standards, U.S. regulatory requirements (including 21 CFR 210 & 211), and continuous improvement goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead Quality Frameworks: Develop and implement advanced quality improvement programs aligned with Six Sigma, Lean, and Design Excellence methodologies.

    Manage Team: Supervise quality team, assign work, conduct performance reviews, and design solutions to optimize processes and maintain high standards.

    Support Audits & Inspections: Using data analytics,  identify trends and opportunities to ensure compliance and foster continuous improvement in audits and inspections.

    Analyze Deviation Data: Address quality deviations and process failures promptly, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.

    Mentor & Inspire: Guide team members, including Six Sigma belts, to adopt innovative problem-solving and promote a culture of quality and engagement.

    Collaborate Strategically: Partner with senior leadership to implement forward-thinking quality strategies that meet market, technology, and regulatory demands.

    Approve Changes: Oversee documentation and process changes impacting product quality, ensuring readiness for regulatory audits.

    Monitor & Improve: Analyze production deviations and trends to drive improvement initiatives.

    Train & Educate: Support creation of site-wide GMP training to reinforce compliance and quality awareness.

    What we are looking for

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical/scientific field.

    At least 6 years of experience in a GMP product manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of quality, compliance, supply chain, and manufacturing operations

    Strong foundation in analytical and strategic thinking.

    Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams using a collaborative leadership style.

    Proficiency in relevant technology and software for quality management and process improvement

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    Up to 10% travel

    Desired Qualifications

    Proficiency in leveraging modern quality management tools, applications, and software to drive decision-making and operational improvements.

    Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams to embrace change and pursue excellence through creative methodologies.

    Experience in coaching and developing talent is preferred.

    Demonstrated expertise in managing quality systems design, regulatory compliance, and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of conveying complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences.

    Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to support quality initiatives and audits.

    Track record of innovative process enhancements.

    What you will do

    Neutrogena is one of the world’s most recognized dermatologist-recommended skincare brands, rooted in science, efficacy, and accessible skin health. As the Senior Manager, Neutrogena Global Sun you are responsible for leading the global strategy for Neutrogena Sun platforms , including the 3-5 year innovation pipeline and communication campaigns. This is a highly visible role within the Global Neutrogena Skin Health & Beauty organization, reporting into the Global Director for Makeup & Sun. You will be directing complex customer and competitor analyses, preparing forecasts and recommendations, driving market-focused culture, establishing key relationships with agencies and suppliers, and evaluating marketing tactics from complex market research. You will also lead the development of budgets for new product development and new product or service rollouts, and ensure large-scale product launches.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and execute innovative marketing strategies for the Neutrogena Sun line of products in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes white space identification, developing a 3-5 year pipeline and social-first communication campaigns.

    Lead innovation strategy from insight through commercialization, partnering with cross-functional teams to advance claims, regulatory, legal, supply, packaging, product development, and market readiness workstreams.

    Identify and analyze market trends and consumer/derm insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

    Create and steward end-to-end campaign and content strategy across social, product detail pages, digital commerce, and broader consumer touchpoints.

    Partner with creative, media, influencer, and agency teams to develop compelling global briefs and creative platforms that resonate with acne consumers across markets.

    Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

    Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

    Lead global VIP influencer strategy and briefing, while enabling local markets to activate lower-tier influencer programs with consistency and impact.

    Lead cross-functional teams to conduct customer and competitor analyses, market research, and sales forecasting.

    Drive strategic alignment with the US, LATAM, Canada, and other priority global markets to ensure innovation and content can scale across regions.

    Present innovation ideas, strategic updates, and business recommendations in senior leadership forums and governance meetings.

    Provide commercial input into commercial development teams in partnership with R&D.

    Drive the development of market-focused culture through the creation of global and regional launch and marketing plans.

    Establish and manage key relationships with agencies and suppliers for product concept designs and mockups.

    Evaluate marketing tactics from complex market access research.

    Ensure successful large-scale product launches.

    What We Are Looking For

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

    8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on skincare and beauty.

    Deep skincare experience is required, ideally with SPF, facial skincare, dermatology-inspired beauty, or adjacent face-category experience.

    Demonstrated experience building innovation pipelines and translating insights into commercially viable products, claims, campaigns, and market activation plans.

    Strong content, creative strategy, and agency management experience, with a sharp eye for beauty, consumer storytelling, digital engagement, and brand-building execution.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand consumer behavior, category dynamics, cultural trends, and the evolving beauty and skincare landscape.

    Experience in innovation and communications campaign development.

    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed global organization.

    Ability to conduct and analyze customer and competitor research.

    Experience in budget development for new product development and rollouts.

    Comfort operating with ambiguity, complexity, and pace while maintaining strong ownership, organization, and follow-through.

    Resilience, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate pushback across legal, regulatory, claims, and regional market considerations.

    Experience leading direct reports or developing talent through coaching, feedback, and stretch opportunities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Experience within the beauty industry is a must.

    Knowledge of branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.

    What’s in it for you

    Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

    $153,850.00 - $217,200.00

    This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
