    Position Summary

    Kemco is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Tampa team.

    This position is ideal for a self-motivated technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, working independently, and delivering outstanding customer service.

    While HVAC is your primary focus, experience with electrical, plumbing, general facility repairs, and commercial maintenance is highly valued.

    Certifications: Relevant certifications in plumbing, electrical, or construction trades are a plus.

    Driving License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record per company policy.

    Position Summary

    The Senior HVAC Technician will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems while providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a highly skilled technician capable of working independently, troubleshooting complex equipment, and mentoring less experienced technicians when needed.
