Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions for members in person, via phone, and through the mail, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs a broad variety of member services functions such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificates, and assisting members with bookkeeping and checking account problems. Responsible for closing loans via DocuSign. Answers members’ questions regarding Credit Union services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance duties. Actively cross-sells Credit Union services. Performs specific assigned side-jobs including various clerical and receptionist functions and assists other Member Service Representatives with duties as required. Serves members promptly and professionally.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT
This position will be responsible for traveling to all branches in the Central Region which includes Blue Ash, College Hill, Florence, Queensgate, and Vine Street.
The Floating MSR will receive an additional $1.50/hr. differential on top of base pay, as well as a monthly mileage reimbursement.

Education/Certification:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Required Knowledge:
Knowledge of Teller operations and procedures.
Basic understanding of Credit Union operations.
Experience Required:
One month to twelve months of banking experience.
Previous Credit Union experience desired.
Skills/Abilities:
Good communication skills.

This position will pay $20.00/hr. for the first 90-days, without earned commissions.
Following this period, the pay will shift to $16.46/hr., and you will begin earning uncapped commissions.
(Based on annual data from 2025, average monthly commissions earned was $2,722.00.)

POSITION PURPOSE
This position will ensure that members are promptly and professionally served. In addition, this position is responsible for providing quality service to our members during the loan process for consumer loans. Handles loan requests from members over the phone, online, and through branch loan requests. Cross-selling additional products and services is expected. Salesmanship is a key component as this position is commissions driven. This is not a remote position, and will be located in-office in West Chester, OH.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES
Pulls credit reports, verifies debts, and accurately adds them to the debt ratio. Accurately completes loan applications and gathers supporting documents for the underwriting team.Meets loan decision turnaround times.
