This role will build understanding of different CAR T therapy functions and phenotypes through a variety of in vitro and in vivo experiments. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, CAR T productions, cell-based assays, and immunoassays, and techniques, such as sterile cell culture, flow cytometry, and electroporation. Knowledge of T cell biology, including cytokine signaling, and CAR T cell therapy is expected for this role.

\nThe Cytology Processor is responsible for supporting the non-technical functions of the laboratory including Cytology processing. Staining, and send out activities. The Processor ensures quality control standards are met by reviewing records and maintaining data for key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, may perform preliminary microscopic review of thyroid FNA samples.

\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \n\n\tAssists the Associate Director/Director in ensuring the laboratory is compliant with corporate, state, and federal regulatory requirements related to personnel safety and quality of the laboratory, including professional conduct. \n\tReview slides for technical and stain assessment and troubleshoot errors or issues identified. \n\tAssists with developing and implementing laboratory procedures and installation of new equipment and methods. \n\tMaintains technical knowledge in cytopathology and/or histopathology. \n\tPerforms and/or oversees various administrative functions as delegated by the Associate Director.
