    Overview Suncoast Post-Tension Ltd, a Keller Company, is an established post tension and rebar manufacturing company that has been in business for over 30 years. We supply construction related materials to builders from one of our eight manufacturing facilities in the US. We are looking for a CAD Drafter / Detailer to join our team near Houston, TX Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for the design and placement drawings for post-tensioned concrete structures. We are willing to train recent graduates or those with experience in AutoCAD. You do not need to be a pro to become a part of the team! We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and basic AutoCAD skills. Duties will include: Contacting the customer at project start-up and build a professional relationship Developing and proposing construction joint layouts and construction sequences Creating drawing submittal schedules based on the customer's construction requirements and monitor progress required to maintain schedule Identifying any construction problems and implement solutions Producing installation drawings and calculations according to contract documents Applying revisions to placement drawings and calculations according to comments on approved drawings and/or structural revisions Identifying revisions that require contract change orders Material takeoff for change order process Issuing placement drawings for construction prior to material fabrication Material take off of support and back up bar for fabrication Communicating with Operations Department personnel to ensure the correct materials are fabricated and delivered according to the customers construction schedule Maintaining electronic copies of all submittals and correspondence according to company policy Qualifications Qualified candidates will have CAD related AS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience as CAD Drafter/Technician Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong math skills Proficiency with AutoCAD (2010+) is required; 3D thinking abilities are required Additional Information Salary Range: $27.00 - $30.00 / hr Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law Benefits: 401(k) + matching Health, Dental, Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Holiday Pay Suncoast Post-Tension Ltd. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Keller is actively searching for a qualified heavy equipment operator/laborer to join our successful geotechnical construction team. Keller is one of the largest geotechnical construction companies in the United States offering competitive wages and opportunities for growth. Applicants must have documentation of two or more years of experience in the safe and efficient operation of skid steers, warehouse and all-terrain forklifts, hydraulic excavators, and wheeled front-end loaders. Applicants will also be expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities: Responsibilities Operate, inspect and maintain equipment to manufacturers specifications Rigging, hoisting, and spotting for equipment movement according to written, verbal, and/or signaled instructions Soil leveling or ground manipulation for the transportation of equipment and materials Troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and efficiently with the analytical ability to find solutions to difficult technical problems Complete all job-related duties as instructed by supervisor Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations Tending and operating cement and concrete mixers, air compressors, generators, pumps and many other types of power equipment may also be required. More experienced applicants will be tasked to operate specialized track mounted drills such as Klemm, Berretta, and TEI drills used in the geotechnical industry. Proper documentation and experience will be required. In addition to operating heavy equipment, applicants will be expected to perform basic labor tasks. These labor tasks require extensive physical activity including digging ditches and trenches with shovels and picks, backfilling excavations, lubricating and cleaning equipment, organizing construction materials and supplies, cleaning and preparing construction sites to eliminate rubble, debris and any other hazards, along with many other physical tasks required on typical construction sites. Applicant may also be expected to safely operate hand and power tools of all types including jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, concrete mixers, pneumatic tampers, etc. Qualifications Qualified candidates must have or be: Hands-on experience as an Equipment Operator in the construction industry Self-motivated and willing to travel Ability to work in a team environment with interpersonal communication skills Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks; to include frequent bending, kneeling and lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in a high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations Ability to work in confined and cluttered spaces Capable of climbing and keeping balance on uneven areas Prior OSHA, First Aid, and/or Safety Training preferred Specific experience in ground improvement, grouting and/or earth retention a plus Applicants must possess the skills to work safely and efficiently at all times, be drug free, have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite, have valid identification, and must be eligible to work in the United States as verified through E-Verify. Extensive out of state travel at 4-5 weeks at a time is required. Base pay rate is $22 to $30/hour - Actual pay rate is based on experience. While it is preferred, candidates do NOT have to live within the Rocky Mountain Region. All travel expenses will be covered from the candidate's home of record. This role is critical to prevailing wage compliance, certified payroll reporting (WH 347), and OCIP/CCIP insurance program reporting on public and private projects. Weekly Payroll Processing Collect, validate, and enter timekeeping data; ensure proper job cost coding, crafts/classifications, shift differentials, and overtime. Reconcile payroll batches; support off cycle adjustments as needed. Prepare weekly/monthly reporting for management. Union Payroll Maintain and apply current union wage rates, fringes, dues, and special conditions per collective bargaining agreements; prepare monthly union reports if necessary. Track agreement effective dates; coordinate updates with HR/Operations and maintain accessible rate sheets for payroll processors. Certified Payroll & Prevailing Wage Prepare and submit WH 347 certified payroll reports (and agency specific formats), including accurate classifications, hours, rates, fringes, and with required digital signatures. Monitor agency feedback and correct submittals promptly to avoid payment holds; retain audit ready documentation. Assist with garnishments, maintain organized employee payroll files and records.
