HOURS:Seasonal - July 1 - October 31stPart Time - 20-30 hours/week depending on occupancy of the campgroundTuesday, Wednesday & Thursday8am - 4:30pm$17/hourRESPONSIBILITIES• Ensures customers receive a high level of service consistent with our customer service philosophy• Help to ensure the safety of guest and campground property with attentive observation and action• Help enforce campground policies and implement solutions consistent with goals of park• Maintain the upkeep of the campground landscaping. This can include but is not limited to: trimming and shaping shrubs, trees, and plants for health and aesthetic looks as well as removal of unwanted weeds, grasses, leaf litter and other debris• Safe and proper use of equipment tools used in landscaping such as hedge line trimmer, chainsaw, blowers, hand tools, pruners, saws, rakes, shovels, cultivator, etc.• Maintenance and repair of irrigation system: sprinkler head replacement and adjustment, lateral line repairs and valve replacement• Planting and transplantation of trees, shrubs, plants, flowers as directed• Clean equipment, tools, and work area as required• Other duties as assigned by the maintenance or general manager
Requirements:• 2 years experience in landscaping• Able to work with others and work independently• Recognize and identify plants, trees, shrubs and flowers used in landscaping• Ability to operate light vehicles safely on property• Intermediate knowledge of common tools used for gardening/landscaping• Intermediate experience with powered equipment used for gardening/landscaping• Capable of digging, bending, climbing, and other manual labor• Professional Appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members• Communicate professionally and patiently• Be on your feet during shift and able to lift at least 50 lbs.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment• Willingness to do a variety of tasks both in and out of the daily scope of work• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Working HoursSeasonal/Part Time20-30 hours/week depending on the occupancy of the campgroundMost hours available in the evenings, weekends and holidaysShifts can be scheduled between 7am - 12:30am$16.50/hour & up depending on experienceReports to the Guest Service Department managerRESPONSIBILITIES• Ensures customers receive a high level of service consistent with our customer service philosophy• Help to ensure the safety of guest and resort property with attentive observation and action• Coordinate with Office staff for late guest arrivals• Coordinate with office staff for problem resolution when available• Learn and operate Campground Management system• Communicate with all staff and management using Microsoft Teams• Enforce Resort policies and implement solutions consistent with goals of park• Proactive guest management to ensure resort like environment for all guests• Welcome after hours guests and complete check in process• Custodial work to maintain high standard of cleanliness in all facilities• Participate in team training sessions• Filling LP gas tanks during office hours• Light pool maintenance• Other duties as assigned by manager to assist in a successful guest experience
Requirements:• 1 year of experience in hospitality industry• Good customer service and communications skills• Able to work with others and work independently• Licensed Driver-able to operate light vehicles safely on and off property• Professional Appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members• Communicate professionally and patiently• Be on your feet during shift and able to lift at least 50 lbs.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment• General knowledge of maintenance and use of common repair tools• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
