About the Role At Keeper, the Inside Sales Account Representatives are responsible for driving new business within an assigned geography or vertical. This is a quota carrying and revenue generating position that reports to our Manager of Inside Sales. This role involves complex selling within a sales cycle period. You will gain a deep understanding of our frontline sales strategies while creating a vision that inspires customers to utilize Keeper as a trusted resource. About the Role The Senior Channel Account Manager, National Enterprise Partner will report to our Director of Global Channel Account Management carrying a primary focus on building pipeline and channel revenue with a specific named list of contracted and non-contracted partners. There will also be a heavy focus sourcing strategic new channel relationships. Requirements 1+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles/Sales roles Strong technical knowledge as it pertains to software integrations (SSO, Directory etc), implementation, onboarding demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges before they arise Experience working with and selling to Enterprise organizations, C-level Executives, IT and Cyber Security Executives Unrivaled sense of autonomy, ownership, and dedication to helping customers realize their intended value Energetic and self-motivated; a team player who is also a proactive and creative problem solver Aptitude for learning software; strong with business applications Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to details.
