    Company Description This is a remotely based position, with ~70% travel. Must reside in Southern California. This role includes a guaranteed base salary as well as commission. ​The transition from Bosch to Radionix is now complete — providing a future-focused trajectory for our Radionix and Bosch product portfolios and exclusive benefits for our valued partners. ​The Radionix name holds a special place in the hearts of our associates, dealers, distributors, and customers alike. The new Radionix vision — Mission control for your security — encapsulates our focus on empowering users with an intrusion system that seamlessly integrates every layer of security, from our intrusion system products to our G Series panels to our reimagined Remote Security Manger app. ​Fairport, NY is the headquarters for the Radionix sales management, sales (direct and manufacturer’s representatives), business development, technical support, and customer service. Partners and collaborates with Key Account Managers and Enterprise Account Managers to achieve identified objectives within the Strategic Accounts in an assigned Region. Engages and works collaboratively with business partners to drive new sales opportunities across the district: Genetec, Brivo, etc. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field is preferred; but will consider commensurate experience in Security Sales. 3-5 years of experience in Technical Sales is preferred, setting up and meeting face to face with decision makers within an organization and/or having experience working directly for our assigned Accounts. Excellent technical and interpersonal skills are essential. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, and are highly innovative, with the ability to conceptualize and implement strategic market/product planning and with good follow-up and integrative abilities. A strong team player is required with the resourcefulness and self-confidence to drive the product business. This position requires at least 70% travel, primarily in Southern California. Additional Information The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-$100,000 annually, with an OTE of $150,000-$160,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans—including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance—as well as the company’s 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group’s paid time off and sick leave programs in accordance with applicable policies.     Job Description

    As an Electrical Engineer, you will contribute to the planning, design, and execution of the embedded electrical systems for IQSIGHT’s moving (PTZ) camera product portfolio. In support of multiple new product introductions, you’ll participate in requirements planning, architecture development, circuit design, design verification, and industrialization activities.

    Strategic:

    Work with senior technical staff in developing system architectures for the future PTZ platforms.Identify areas for improvement within the EE team and suggest actionable CIP initiatives.Ensure designs adhere to global regulatory and compliance standards and guidelines.

    Operational:

    Contribute to product requirement development, system design, system implementation, and validation activities.Support lifecycle management efforts including component EOL, cost down, and field complaint investigations.Participate in cross-functional design reviews and perform risk assessments (FMEA, focus area matrices, etc...).Own assigned electrical subsystem designs through development, verification, release, validation, and implementation.Perform electrical tolerance analysis and component derating techniques to ensure a robust, high-quality design.Support the manufacturing plant in devising optimized production tests to ensure robust product performance.

    People:

    Mentor junior engineers to support team growth and skill development.Communicate ideas, technical decision making, and risks clearly and concisely to all colleagues.

    Who You Are:

    Success in this role requires a self-starting, problem solver with a systems-minded approach and a rigorous attention to detail. You are calm under pressure, you possess the ability to bring a well-reasoned approach to resolve topics, and you can distill and concisely communicate technical topics to the team.  You enjoy the challenge of design and collaborating across disciplines to produce high-quality designs in a fast-moving product environment.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.5+ years' experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex, embedded electrical systems.Familiarity with the following core concepts:Schematic and layout designAnalog & digital circuit design and simulationDC power supply circuit design and simulationEMC design practices and debuggingStandard communication buses: SPI, I2C, I2S, UART, CAN, USB, etc.Microprocessor-based embedded system designExperience with basic lab equipment: oscilloscopes, DMMs, data loggers, logic analyzers, etc.Experience with cross-functional, peer design reviews of electrical systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical topics for decision-making and risk analysis.Proficiency with Microsoft office tool suite.

    Preferred:

    Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering2+ years’ experience design, testing, and validating high-speed PCB designs.Quality Certification: ASQ DFSS Greenbelt or similar. Knowledge of the following advanced topics:Power & Signal Integrity design, simulation, and measurementImage based signaling protocols such as MIPI CSI-2, LVDS, HDMIMotors and motor control (BLDC, Stepper)  Experience with:Product and component life cycle management processesAgile methods for work breakdown & task management in hardware designIntegrating AI tools into engineering tasksEngineering requirements developmentCommon coding languages such as Python/C++ for test development & Linux OSGlobal compliance frameworks [Safety, Environmental, EMC]8D & fishbone diagrams for problem solving

    This role is hybrid with 3 days in-office per week. Candidates must live in a commutable distance to Lancaster, PA site.  Travel Expectation, 10% (Domestic and International). Position may require early morning or late-night meetings with development teams in Asia & Europe.
