Start time is 6:00 A.M. daily. Punctuality is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow established recipes to ensure consistent quality and brand standards.Accurately measure, mix, shape, and prepare a variety of pastries and baked goods.Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure proper cooking.Apply appropriate toppings, glazes, or packaging to finished products.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the baking process.Work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Demonstrate excellent time management and reliability.Training Pay:
First two weeks of training: $20/hour.Compensation:
