A well-established private investment firm is seeking a highly organized and professional Office Coordinator to support daily office operations. This role serves as the central point of contact for administrative functions and helps ensure a productive, welcoming, and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities
Office Operations
Maintain office supplies, kitchens, conference rooms, and common areasCoordinate with vendors including cleaning services, deliveries, and IT supportServe as liaison with building management regarding maintenance and office accessHelp ensure smooth day-to-day office operationsReception & Administrative Support

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership

Manage site-level P&L performance including revenue, cost control, and profitability.Develop annual operating plans, budgets, and capital investment strategies.Identify cost-reduction opportunities and operational efficiencies.Provide regular performance reporting to executive leadership.Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Program Management teams to support new product introductions and customer programs.Work closely with Accounting and Finance teams on financial planning and reporting.Partner with Sales and Customer Relations to maintain strong customer relationships and support business development initiatives.People Leadership

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field requiredMaster’s degree (MBA or Engineering) preferredExperience
10+ years of leadership experience in aerospace or precision manufacturingMinimum 5+ years managing manufacturing operations or multi-department teamsExperience managing AS9100 certified manufacturing environmentsProven experience managing P&L and operational budgetsExperience leading large cross-functional teamsTechnical Knowledge

The Human Resources Coordinator serves as the primary HR resource for the manufacturing facility, partnering closely with plant leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HR administration, and performance management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Partner with the site leadership to drive accountability.
· Manage employee relations and people processes.
· Maintain a visible HR presence through daily floor walk-throughs and employee engagement.
· Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters and partner with supervisors on coaching, performance, attendance, and corrective action.
· Work with manufacturing leader to develop skills and cross training matrix.
· Manage full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

· Prepare disciplinary documentation and performance improvement plans.

Qualifications
· 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
· Manufacturing experience required.
· Knowledge of California employment law.
