    We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking a manufacturing cost accountant to join their team!


    As a Cost Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of manufacturing cost data and providing financial insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    Process and analyze daily manufacturing work orders and resolve discrepancies.Partner with production teams to reduce and eliminate work order errors.Calculate and track labor efficiency metrics, including Units Per Labor Hour (UPLH).Prepare monthly journal entries and support P&L review activities.Maintain inventory ledger (IL) and general ledger (GL) integrity.Perform inventory valuation, cost accounting, and perpetual inventory analysis.Conduct variance analysis, including material, labor, and purchase price variances (PPV).Analyze obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.Track project costs and provide reporting for product and operational initiatives.Participate in product development and cross-functional project reviews.Manage the annual standard cost roll process.Develop cost quotes and financial analyses for business leaders and field personnel.Prepare and present monthly product cost reporting to Purchasing, Sales, and executive leadership.Support physical inventory processes and cycle count activities.Ensuring accurate product costing and inventory valuation.Driving work order accuracy through collaboration with manufacturing teams.Successfully executing the annual standard cost roll process.Providing meaningful analysis and reporting that supports business decisions.


    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.3–5 years of manufacturing cost accounting experience.Strong understanding of inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.Experience working with integrated ERP or financial systems.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.

    Our client is a growing, Triad area organization seeking to add an Account Manager to their team.


    This role will function as the key contact for trade show and brand space clients to assure that client expectations and budget are met by operations team through the direction of the project manager.  Also, responsible for keeping the internal sales organization up to date on key developments after the job is sold.  Estimate and manage show service vendors for each client job to assure a successful trade show. 

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

     

    30%      Key customer contact for production of all trade show and brand space jobs.  Present timelines, get artwork, gives updates, discusses any issues or changes.  Invoices show services, add-on or change orders.  Collects deposits and final payments. 

     

    25%      Manage show services after exhibit is built from shipping to show to installation at show to dismantle through the return.  Includes service orders to 3rd party decorators, freight, I&D teams, catering, etc. during the duration of job.

     

    25%      Maintains relationship with storage clients.  Understands their show schedule and proactively works ahead to make sure they are prepared for each show. 

     

    10%      Prepare client show service estimates (for storage clients and new clients)

     

    10%      System updates and job closing reports:   Salesforce, Project Management System, Exhibit force.

     

    Qualifications

     

    ·         Bachelor of Business Administration or Marketing preferred, but not required

    ·         Prior experience with Account Management

    ·         Strong interpersonal skills

    ·         3-5 years’ experience

    ·         Must be able to travel

     

    Relationships

     

    ·         Main point of contact for clients

    ·         Team with Project Manager

    ·         Interacts with Internal production teams (fabrication/warehouse/graphics/art)

    ·         Interacts with show service vendors


    This is an on-site role

    Salary $70-75K

    We are working with a local international company seeking hire hire a Director of Purchasing

     

    This role will manage the overall operations of the Purchasing Department to ensure that inventory and goals are met in a timely and effective manner.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Develops and manages purchasing and sourcing strategies and procedures to ensure proper levels at all locations, domestic and international, for continuous supply of goods and high inventory turns.Identifies, recommends, and implements forecasting processes and systems to meet company goals and reduce costs.Monitors potential inventory issues (backorders, expirations, etc.) with lead for informing Product Managers.Directs employee workload and provides training and resolution to ensure optimal productivity for strategic departmental goals.Identifies proper sourcing for new products and related components.Directs, supports and maintains domestic and international supplier relationships to ensure effective business relationships.Oversees the day-to-day inventory requirements of facility, capital outlay expenditures, and employee equipment and supplies.Drives purchasing initiatives for product lines to meet company goals and objectives.

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    Supervises and supports a diverse work force and sets goals and performance expectations for the teamManages employees work loads and schedulesWorks within budgetary controlsSupports the Company’s Safety Programs

     

    Education & Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in business or related fieldFive (5) to seven (7) years of experience in corporate purchasing in consumer products industryDemonstrated experience in progressive supervisory rolesMust have advanced knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management

     

    Computer/Communication Skills:

    Proficient use of MS Office programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook, requiredHigh energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted strategic projects in conjunction with day-to-day tactical activitiesAbility to get along and work with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, flexiblePrioritizes and models good communication skills; follows up, timely responses, proactive and positive in approach

     

    This is an On-Site role

     

    Salary $150,000 - $200,000
