As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pole Loading Analyst to join our expanding team.
Position Overview:
The Pole Loading Analyst will play a key role in evaluating utility poles for structural capacity using tools such as OCALC. With input from field engineering and support from senior pole load specialists, the analyst will enter data, assess results, and determine make-ready solutions for overloaded poles. Every project presents unique challenges, requiring critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze utility poles using OCALC and other industry tools
Interpret field data and accurately input into pole loading software
Review structural analysis results and develop practical make-ready solutions
Collaborate with internal teams and virtual support specialists
Ensure all designs align with utility pole framing standards
Adapt quickly to changing project needs and timelines

Technical Requirements:
Proficiency with OCALC software

Education & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is a plus, but not required
