Responsibilities Include:
Respond to customer’s request on semiconductor robot application.Lead the activity of prototype design projects following project process. Provide guidance to mechanical design team, electrical team, software team and prototype team to complete robot application within committed timeline.Create CAD drawings, 3D models and engineering documents to meet customer’s expectations. Provide technical guidance on robot system issues. Provide field support on customer’s site, including domestic or oversea travels.Basic Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced Robotics Engineering Project Manager to lead cross-functional robotics product development projects from concept through production. The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and customer, to deliver complex robotic systems on schedule, within budget, and to the required performance and quality standards.
This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multiple tasks while balancing engineering priorities, technical risks, and business objectives.

Project Planning & Execution
Lead multiple robotics engineering projects throughout the entire product lifecycle. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and budgets. Coordinate project activities across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, regulatory, and operations. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Cross-Functional Leadership
Facilitate communication between multidisciplinary engineering teams. Organize and lead project meetings, design reviews, risk assessments, and status updates. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field. 5+ years of technical project management experience. 3+ years managing robotics, automation, electromechanical, or complex hardware development projects. Strong understanding of engineering product development processes, including hardware and software development. Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet or similar. Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) and engineering change processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Working experience in semi-conductor industry. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Experience with robotics products or industrial automation systems.
