We are currently seeking Packers to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Scotia, NY.
The Packer plays a critical role in ensuring that products are carefully and efficiently prepared for shipment to customers or storage. This position requires attention to detail to verify that items are correctly packed, labeled, and meet quality standards before leaving the facility. The Packer contributes to maintaining an organized and safe work environment by following established procedures and handling materials properly. This role supports the overall supply chain by helping to minimize damage during transit and ensuring timely delivery. Ultimately, the Packer helps uphold the company’s reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction through meticulous packaging practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Basic reading and writing skills to understand packing instructions and labels.Physical capability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds safely.Willingness to follow safety protocols and work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:
