We are looking for both day, evening, and weekend shifts. In which case the sales associate would be responsible for opening/closing the studio for daily operations and being present for all walk-ins, calls, emails, or texts to the studio throughout the duration of the worked shift.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their wellness journeyConduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wantsConduct engaging product demos to showcase our studio’s offerings and benefitsAssist clients with retail sales transactions using POS systems, ensuring accurate payment handling managementPromote upselling opportunities by recommending relevant products and services to meet client needsMaintain organized stock levels, restock merchandise, and ensure the retail area is clean and invitingDemonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointmentsSupervise daily store operations as needed, supporting General Manager in merchandising and customer engagementAssist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closeMaintain acceptable level of personal sales productionEmphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness providerBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classesParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the clubOther duties as assignedSkillsProven experience with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail sales transactionsStrong supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail or service environmentAbility to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about wellness products and servicesBilingual abilities are a plus to connect with diverse clientele effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquetteSkilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfactionKnowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, stock management, and basic math for retail math calculationsExperience with retail sales transactionsEmbark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels others’ wellness aspirations! StretchLab Midtown Memphis is seeking fitness and wellness professionals with hands-on experience in movement, mobility, or bodywork. Whether you’re a certified trainer, massage therapist, yoga instructor, or body mechanics specialist — we’ll teach you a proven method that helps clients move better, recover faster, and live longer.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
Guide clients safely through personalized mobility routines
Educate and motivate clients to improve posture, flexibility, and recovery
Maintain accurate notes and uphold high professional standards

Requirements:
