Job Summary: The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing and leading architectural projects, from initial client engagement through design, documentation, and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality design outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to construction.Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and design requirements.Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural plans, including drawings, specifications, and presentations.Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely project delivery.Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.Provide leadership during client presentations and meetings, ensuring clear communication of design concepts and progress.Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and architectural technology.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent).Proven experience leading complex architectural projects, ideally in large residential buildings.Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.Exceptional communication and client-facing abilities.A passion for design excellence, sustainability, and innovation.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.Preferred Qualifications:
