    We are seeking an energetic, skilled Forklift Operator for our Penn Yan, NY location. This opportunity will require flexibility to work weekends and overtime.

    Main Function:

    This role is responsible for receiving, selecting, storage and loading of all products and/or materials while safely operating all material handling equipment.

    Schedule (Rotating 12-Hour Shift Schedule):

    Week A: 36 hours
    Week B: 48 hours

    Rate of Pay: $20.50

    Shift Times:
    Nights: 7pm-7am

    Job Responsibilities:

    Coordinate KanPak Quality activities and operations to meet objective for quality, food safety, integrity, regulatory compliances, cost, safety and customer satisfaction at KanPak.

    Participate in formulating and administering division's short and long range goals and objectives for business growth

    Unload inbound shipments safely and move material to proper storage or staging locationEnsure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damageEnsure all transactions are scanned and recorded and accurately, to reflect a correct inventory position at any time. These include shipments, donations, product loss and damageEnsures full compliance with all quality assurance standards, especially good housekeeping and overall cleanliness of products and work areasPerforms other duties as required
    Social Responsibilities: Maintain compliance with KanPak/GSF Code of Business Conduct, policies and procedures, management systems, and all applicable Environmental, Health, Safety and other regulationsAct according to KanPak's Creed & Values
    Required Qualifications and Knowledge: High School Diploma / GED requiredMinimum 1 year of forklift operator experienceGood oral and written communication skillsStrong computer skills, ability to navigate through multiple systems

    We are seeking energetic and reliable Production Associates to support our beverage and dessert manufacturing operations in Penn Yan, NY. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards throughout the manufacturing and packaging process. Production Associates play an essential part in maintaining line efficiency, supporting safe work practices, and preparing finished goods for warehouse storage.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    • Lift product from conveyors and place into appropriate containers
    • Operate labelers, ink jet printers, box erectors, and case packers
    • Stack finished cases on pallets and safely use pallet jacks
    • Perform manual cleaning duties and maintain good housekeeping throughout the facility
    • Support quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance standards, including GMPs
    • Assist with basic equipment operation and communicate issues to Leads or Supervisors
    • Accurately follow procedures and complete documentation as required

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    The Training Manager is responsible for driving the development, execution, and continuous improvement of technical training and employee development programs. This role aligns workforce capability with the site's strategic goals and Integrated Work System (IWS) initiatives. The manager ensures employees are equipped with the technical skills and knowledge to meet performance standards, reduce skill-related losses, and foster a culture of operational excellence.
    Essential Functions
    Training Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive technical training strategy aligned with plant goals and the site master plan.Manage and mature training systems, processes, and digital tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital knowledge libraries, and automated solutions.Lead the development and deployment of technical curriculum, role-based learning paths, and skills matrices to support and develop high-performing work teams.Partner with plant leadership to assess capability gaps and ensure training aligns with safety, quality, and business objectives.

    ABOUT THE ROLE - Warehouse Lead
    We are seeking a skilled and energetic Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse and logistics operations in our Penn Yan, NY facility. This role is responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, supporting inventory accuracy, ensuring equipment readiness, and maintaining safe and efficient material flow across a 24/7 operation. The Warehouse Lead works closely with Supervisors, Production, and Maintenance to ensure accurate pallet tracking, proper storage practices, and timely movement of goods throughout the facility.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    • Provide day to day leadership to warehouse associates to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations
    • Ensure adherence to all safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
    • Perform work in accordance with environmental, health, and safety policies
    • Complete required training and certifications, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), as applicable
    • Oversee daily start up and shut down of warehouse equipment and processes
    • Inspect equipment to ensure it is clean and operational

    • Use PRISM or other systems to track pallets, inventory, and production movement
