    We are seeking an energetic, skilled Production Associates for expansion openings in our facility in Penn Yan, NY. This opportunity will require flexibility to work weekends and overtime.

    Main Functions: This role is responsible for ensuring that product meets required quality standards at each stage of the manufacturing and packaging process.

    The expected compensation range for this position is: $18.75/hour + $.50 overnight shift differential when worked.

    Schedule (Rotating 12-Hour Shift Schedule)
    Week A: 36 hours - Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
    Week B: 48 hours - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

    Summary: This role is responsible for the packaging of products in preparation to go to the warehouse.

    Responsibilities Related to the Job: Coordinate KanPak Quality activities and operations to meet objective for quality, food safety, integrity, regulatory compliances, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction at KanPak.Participate in formulating and administering division's short- and long-range goals and objectives for business growth.Lift product off conveyor and place into corresponding receptacleOperate labeler and ink-jet printerOperate box erector and case packerStack cases on pallets and use pallet jacksEnsures full compliance with all quality assurance standards, especially good housekeeping and overall cleanliness of products and work areas which includes manually cleaning equipmentContribute to our excellence with a positive and flexible attitude and provide support in other areasPerforms other duties as assigned
    Social Responsibilities: Maintain compliance with KanPak/GSF Code of Business Conduct, policies and procedures, management systems, and all applicable Environmental, Health, Safety and other regulationsAct according to KanPak's Creed & Values

    Job Summary:
    Production associates are responsible for the product coming off the line from the time it is filled until it has been boxed and stacked onto pallets, ready to go to the warehouse for storage.

    Employment Requirements:

    We are seeking a skilled, energetic, experienced Maintenance Technician for an opening at our Penn Yan, NY location.

    We operate 24 / 7, 7 days per week. This opportunity will require flexibility to work weekends and overtime.

    Main functions:
    The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for keeping the equipment in good operating condition by performing preventive maintenance, machine tests/set up, troubleshoots, removing technical issues, and performing emergency repairs. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to moving mechanical machinery, steam, cleaning chemicals, and compressed air

    Schedule: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday

    Shift Times: training to take place 7am-3pm for approximately 90 days.
    2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm
    3rd Shift: 11pm-7am

    The expected compensation range for this position is: $28 - $36 per hour based on of prior manufacturing maintenance experience.

    JOB SUMMARY:
    Skilled position responsible for the efficient performance of a variety of building, installation, maintenance and repair tasks in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical repair, welding, sheet metal work, auto mechanics and wastewater facilities repair.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshooting complicated mechanical systems and monitoring operations throughout the facility including mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.Perform preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance of process equipment throughout the plant.Troubleshoot minor plumbing, building repair and maintenance.Responsible for monitoring equipment performance. Recognizing deviation from "normal operation" and rectifying it.
    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Must have High school diploma or GED, plus minimum two (two) years of Industrial maintenance experience.Mechanical aptitude to disassemble and reassemble all types of equipment.Must have reliable transportation.Must have experience with electrical, electro-mechanical, or pneumatics.Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings preferred.Experience with troubleshooting preferred.Must have excellent verbal and written skills.Must have strong problem-solving skills.Must be a self-motivated individual.Ability to work well with others and be a team member.Must have safe work habits.Must show enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work.Must be comfortable with heights and confined spaces.
