    KanPak is seeking a an Inventory Control Clerk, you'll be at the center of our operations, ensuring the integrity of our manufacturing orders, inventory systems, and reporting processes. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset will directly support production efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.


    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    Responsibilities Related to the Job:
    Coordinate GSF Quality activities and operations to meet objectives for quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction at KanPak.
    Participate in formulating and administering division's short- and long-range goals and objectives for business growth.

    Review daily finished goods manufacturing orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
    Identify and resolve holds within the MRP system
    Verify BOM issuances, confirm finished goods receipts, and close out orders timely
    Track and report SKU-level shrink and variances daily and weekly by production line
    Maintain and update key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing orders and bottle lines
    Manage bulk inventory accounting, including raw material receipts and issuances between GP and Ignition
    Prepare daily manifest reports for vendors
    Perform monthly reconciliations and adjusting journal entries
    Oversee bulk chemical inventory, including receipt verification and monthly reconciliation
    Assist with month-end closing tasks
    Participate in year-end physical inventory counts
    Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
    Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Required)
    Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
    2+ years of accounting or inventory-related experience (preferred)

    THE SCHEDULE & SETTING
    Shift: Wednesday to Saturday10-hour shifts12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
    Work Environment: Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs

    ABOUT THE ROLE - Maintenance Technician
    We are seeking a skilled and energetic Maintenance Technician to support equipment maintenance and reliability across our 24/7 beverage and dessert manufacturing facility in Penn Yan, NY. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, completing repairs, and ensuring equipment remains in safe and efficient operating condition. Maintenance Technicians play a critical part in minimizing downtime and supporting overall plant performance.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
    • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on processing and packaging equipment
    • Identify abnormal equipment conditions and resolve issues to maintain proper operation
    • Support machine setup, testing, adjustments, and mechanical rebuilds
    • Perform emergency repairs as needed during daily operations
    • Work safely around moving machinery, steam systems, compressed air, and cleaning chemicals
    • Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical drawings (preferred)
    • Perform building and facility maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, painting, welding, and general repairs as needed
    • Support wastewater and utility systems as applicable
    • Communicate equipment concerns and improvement opportunities to leadership
    • Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
    • Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment
    • Experience with electrical, electro mechanical, or pneumatic systems
    • Troubleshooting experience preferred
    • Ability to read schematics and drawings preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Essential Functions

    ABOUT THE ROLE - Production Associate
    We are seeking energetic and reliable Production Associates to support our beverage and dessert manufacturing operations in Penn Yan, NY. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards throughout the manufacturing and packaging process. Production Associates play an essential part in maintaining line efficiency, supporting safe work practices, and preparing finished goods for warehouse storage.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    • Lift product from conveyors and place into appropriate containers
    • Operate labelers, ink jet printers, box erectors, and case packers
    • Stack finished cases on pallets and safely use pallet jacks
    • Perform manual cleaning duties and maintain good housekeeping throughout the facility
    • Support quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance standards, including GMPs
    • Assist with basic equipment operation and communicate issues to Leads or Supervisors
    • Accurately follow procedures and complete documentation as required
    • Contribute to a positive, flexible team environment and assist in other areas as needed
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • 2-3 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or related environment preferred
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
    • Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, bend, reach, and perform physical labor
    • Ability to follow written procedures and instructions

    THE SCHEDULE & SETTING
    • Rotating 12 hour schedule
    Week A: 36 hours (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday)
    Week B: 48 hours (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday)
    • Shift: Days, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
    • Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime
    • Work is performed in a fast paced production environment with routine lifting and manual handling
    • Exposure to processing, packaging, and cold/hot temperature zones as part of normal duties

This role is responsible for ensuring packaging solutions are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and visually appealing while meeting KanPak's manufacturing, quality, and customer service standards. The Packaging Engineer will lead packaging line performance and reliability initiatives using data-driven analysis, root-cause problem solving, and continuous improvement tools to increase throughput, reduce waste, and protect product quality. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, recommend, and implement new or modified packaging solutions by analyzing requirements, defining specifications and standards, developing cost analyses, and creating implementation plans.Develop and execute packaging concepts and prototypes, including task definition, risk assessment, material selection, parameter setting, and validation of distribution and transport methods.Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, Procurement, and Project Management to support commercialization, line trials, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Analyze packaging line performance data to identify bottlenecks, chronic losses, and downtime trends; drive improvements in throughput, yield, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions related to packaging quality, safety, or efficiency issues.Design and execute experiments (DOE) to optimize equipment settings, material usage, and process reliability; apply statistical process control (SPC) as appropriate.Plan and support primary and secondary packaging audits and trials; establish incoming and finished material specifications, sampling plans, and acceptance criteria.Define pallet configurations and packaging standards to meet internal requirements and customer expectations.Support capital projects including line upgrades, new equipment commissioning, layout changes, and ergonomic or material-flow improvements.Support label and artwork processes, including requirements gathering, approvals, and maintenance of approved artwork libraries.Maintain packaging specifications, drawings, and bills of material (BOMs) within internal and external systems.Conduct benchmarking studies of packaging technologies and industry best practices to identify improvement opportunities.Perform other related duties as assigned.     Education Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
    Experience 3-6 years of relevant packaging engineering experience in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods, preferably in a manufacturing plant or R&D environment.
