    Position Description
    *BCBA will deliver direct supervision to their BTs/RBTs as well as manage and supervise a small caseload.
    *Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret the results, and modify the individualized treatment plan accordingly.
    *Provide supervision by observing and having team meetings with the staff and the families.
    *Consult with the family regarding any concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
    BCBAs at Kaleidoscope ABA are provided the support of their Clinical Manager; assistance which includes administrative support, scheduling help and general assistance with the BCBA's caseload.

    Required Experience and Education
    * Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
    * A minimum of 1 year experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
    * Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
    * Proficient as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
    * Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting as well as the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift children, to 50 lbs., on occasion.     The ideal Admissions Coordinator candidate thrives on building rapport, demonstrating integrity, empathy, and expertise in insurance regulations. Strong time management and meticulous attention to detail are essential, as you will play a crucial role in setting the foundation for successful client care.

    What you will do:
    >· Assist families in securing services by verifying insurance benefits, gathering intake documentation, and submitting authorizations.
    >· Function as a liaison between staff and families, ensuring paperwork is current and authorizations are renewed on time.
    >· Provide excellent customer service, helping clients navigate the process with confidence and clarity.
    >· Maintain compliance with insurance requirements, ensuring accurate submissions and renewals.

    What you will bring to the team:

In this role, you will educate clients about our services, verify insurance, gather required documents, and submit authorizations.

    The ideal ABA Intake Specialist candidate thrives on building rapport, demonstrating integrity, empathy, and expertise in insurance regulations. Strong time management and meticulous attention to detail are essential, as you will play a crucial role in setting the foundation for successful client care.

    What you will do:
    >· Assist families in securing services by verifying insurance benefits, gathering intake documentation, and submitting authorizations.
    >· Function as a liaison between staff and families, ensuring paperwork is current and authorizations are renewed on time.
    >· Provide excellent customer service, helping clients navigate the process with confidence and clarity.
    >· Maintain compliance with insurance requirements, ensuring accurate submissions and renewals.
    Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and insurance companies ensure optimum services.
    >· Offer administrative support to team members as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

    What you will bring to the team:
    >· Ability to create good rapport with new and existing clients and to gather data efficiently and effectively.

    Title: Marketing Coordinator

    Kaleidoscope ABA is looking for its newest addition to the team. The Marketing Coordinator position is an integral part in Kaleidoscope ABA's mission to deliver therapeutic services to children with autism.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing and is based out of our Bryn Mawr, PA location. This individual will work specifically with the Marketing and Business Development Team, as well as several internal departments and outside agencies, to develop high quality marketing activities that promote the company's business.

    Primary Responsibilities include:
    " Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive annual marketing plan to achieve stated business objectives
    " Assist internal and external partners in creating and delivering marketing activities.
    " Partner with internal staff to coordinate promotional meeting and presentations.
    " Support field staff with their need for marketing material.
    " Crafting content for various platforms, newsletters, email marketing, managing social media presence, and ensuring brand consistency.
    " Assist with social media marketing, content creation, SEO/SEM, and other digital marketing tools.
    " Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    " Conduct customer and stakeholder surveys
    " Conduct data analysis, including monitoring of in-market performance and building custom reports
    " Handle management of project meetings and timelines, hold key stakeholders accountable to ensure all efforts stay on track
    " Performs other related duties

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    Minimum Required Qualifications
    " Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or another related field
    " 3 to 5 years successful marketing and promotion experience
    " Budget or P&L management experience
    " Proven organizational, time-management and analytical skills
    " Ability to work independently and be a strong collaborator in a cross-functional team
    " Advanced Microsoft Office Skills in Excel and PowerPoint
    " Work from Bryn Mawr, PA office 5 days per week.
