    Full-Time Pharmacy Technician - Join Our Team at Tawas Pharmacy!

    Location: Tawas, MI (On-Site)

    Pay:$15-$18 Hourly (Based on Experience)

    Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00am-6:00pm M-F 9am-4pm Sat

    We are committed to providing unwavering support to our pharmacy technicians at every stage of their careers. With us, you can enjoy competitive hourly pay ranging from $15 to $18. We start our unlicensed technicians at $15, then reward them with a merit increase of $2 upon becoming licensed. We have an established licensing process for our unlicensed technicians to help them grow in the world of pharmacy and become fully licensed.     WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

    High school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and accuracy in filling prescriptionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and develop new skills through on-the-job trainingCommitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to pharmacy regulationsExperience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred but not required


    YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR LICENSED PHARMACY TECHNICIAN or TECHNICIAN TRAINEE

    This is a full-time position typically working five 8-hour shifts (8:00am-6:00pm)

    In this Pharmacy Technician or Technician Trainee position, you are responsible for accurately filling prescriptions for residents in long-term care facilities. Our training program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to work towards obtaining your license.

    Are you a dependable driver looking for flexible, PRN work with a growing healthcare organization? Our team at Tawas Pharmacy is seeking a PRN Contract Driver to support medication deliveries for our business partner, a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) facility in Alpena, MI.

    You will be employed by Tawas Pharmacy, and while you will be delivering medications to the PACE facility, you will be representing Tawas Pharmacy at all times. This role will start with deliveries for approximately 15 patients and is expected to grow as the program expands.

    Valid drivers license with a clean driving recordClean background check requiredReliable personal vehicle and proof of insuranceStrong attention to detail and dependabilityAbility to handle medications responsibly and maintain confidentialityAbility to work independently and follow delivery schedulesProfessional demeanor to represent Tawas Pharmacy when interacting with clientsPrevious courier or delivery experience preferred but not required



    YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR PRN CONTRACT DRIVER

    In this PRN Contract Driver position, you will be employed by Tawas Pharmacy and responsible for:

    Picking up prescription medications from Tawas PharmacyDelivering medications to our partner PACE facility in Alpena in a timely and secure mannerMaintaining a professional presence while representing Tawas PharmacyEnsuring proper handling and transport of medicationsMaintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA complianceCommunicating delivery updates or concerns with pharmacy staff

    This position offers flexible, as-needed hours with the opportunity for increased work as patient volume grows.
