We start our unlicensed technicians at $15, then reward them with a merit increase of $2 upon becoming licensed. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
High school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and accuracy in filling prescriptionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and develop new skills through on-the-job trainingCommitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to pharmacy regulationsExperience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred but not requiredYOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR LICENSED PHARMACY TECHNICIAN or TECHNICIAN TRAINEE
This is a full-time position typically working five 8-hour shifts (8:00am-6:00pm)
In this Pharmacy Technician or Technician Trainee position, you are responsible for accurately filling prescriptions for residents in long-term care facilities. Our training program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to work towards obtaining your license.
