    Overview: 

    Vulnerability Management Lead, Information System Security Officer (ISSO) will support the Unmanned Carrier Aviation Program Office (PMA-268) at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. PMA 268 is responsible for the MQ-25 Stingray unmanned air system. 

    Primary Duties: 

    Assess and validate PMA-268 RMF packages (Authorizations to Operate (ATOs) and Interim Authorizations to Test (IATTs), to include but not limited to: 

    Coordinate development of the Security Assessment Plan (SAP) with Integrated Product Team (IPT) SSE and system ISSO 

    Submit SAP for approval 

    Execute the SAP 

    Provide a summary of failed controls in Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) (Risk Assessment) 

    Complete the Security Assessment Report (SAR) 

    Provide POA&M update recommendations to the PMA/IPT based on assessment results 

    Ensure traceability of all vulnerabilities from raw assessment results to the POA&M 

    Support Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) activities (e.g. annual security reviews, system/changes/ Memorandums for the Record (MFRs)) 

    Create consolidated list of mitigation statements for POA&Ms (unclassified) to assist ISSOs with established mitigation statements for common non-compliant security controls 

    Vulnerability Management Lead 

    Establish and execute a PMA-268 vulnerability management program, to include developing guidance for VRAM record creation and management. 

    Develop a PMA Vulnerability and Patch Management Policy 

    Coordinate development of System level Vulnerability and Patch Management Plans (VPMP) 

    NAVAIR Rapid Response Lead for PMA-268 

    Attend Rapid Response meetings 

    Coordinate consolidated PMA-268 responses to Orders received (i.e. EXORD, OPORD, TASKORD) 

    Monitor the NAVAIR Vulnerability Management Channel for notifications daily 

    Maintain the PMA-268 Cyber Directive Status tracker 

    Create and maintain a Cyber Directives tracker on SIPR summarizing the orders. 

    Manage PMA-268 Portfolio VRAM records 

    ISSO 

    Support PMA-268 Cyber Lead in execution of the PMA-268 Cybersecurity Program 

    Provide assistance and guidance to PMA-268 ISSOs 

    Update and sustain PMA-268 RMF Training Slides 

    Latest RMF guidance 

    RMF roles and responsibilities flow chart 

    Assist in the development of eMASS Common Control Packages (CCPs) 

    Develop RMF security control family templates 

    Develop PMA Incident Response Plan 

    Coordinate and provide oversight for all MOU/ISA efforts required in support of cyber authorizations or system use.

    Overview: 

    Next Gen Jammer Platform Stores Integration Systems Engineer to support the Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Programs Office (PMA-234) at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. PMA-234 is responsible for acquiring, delivering, and sustaining Airborne Electronic Attack systems and providing combatant commanders with Electronic Warfare capabilities that critically enable operational mission success. 

    Primary Duties: 

    Support the Deputy Assistant Program Manager for Systems Engineering (DAPMSE) assigned to PMA-234 as a technical integrator for electronic warfare (EW) pods/stores, specifically ALQ-99, Next-Generation Jammer (NGJ) Mid Band(-MB) and Low Band (-LB).  

    As a technical leader for platform stores integration (PSI), the selected candidate will be responsible for conceiving, planning, organizing, and leading development and store integration activities specific to the NGJ pods. 

    The NGJ PSI DAPMSE is responsible for coordinating all the system integration engineering efforts associated with NGJ-MB/LB with PMA-265 Weapon Systems Integration (WSI) IPT and Growler System Integration (GSI) IPT teams necessary for conducting integration on domestic and FMS EA-18G Growler aircraft. 

    The incumbent is responsible for conceiving, planning, organizing, and leading weapons and store integration activities. This includes conducting engineering analyses, test and evaluation of weapon systems, related subsystems and components. Projects cover the entire life cycle and acquisition phases from concept development and testing to production and decommissioning.  

    Review program documentation for impact and opportunities related to store development, production and deployment. Participate in engineering requirements process and program team design reviews.  

    Assisting the Commodity Class Desks and IPT Leads with identifying & developing systems engineering and platform integration requirements, and ensuring these requirements are addressed in the Store Integration Plan (SIP) throughout the program development, integration, and test 

    Supporting the Interface Control Working Group (ICWG), developing and updating system interface control documents (ICDs) 

    Managing, tailoring & executing the Airworthiness processes, managing & coordinating with NAVAIR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Technical Program Office (TPO) and Prime Contractor representatives as required for Store Certification data and the review & approval of Technical Data Package (TDP) deliverables. Reviews flight clearances for technical accuracy and safety of flight.
