Kaimetrix is seeking a Program Manager with Top Secret/SCI clearance and counterintelligence expertise to support critical national security operations.
The Program Manager will lead and manage a team of contractor personnel, ensure full operational coverage, and support the Government’s counterintelligence mission by producing actionable insights and intelligence products. This role demands strong leadership, analytical rigor, and deep understanding of security-related operations.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage contractor personnel performance, including the identification and resolution of personnel issues.
Ensure 24/7 operational coverage of mission-critical areas, aligned with division leadership priorities.
Collaborate closely with Government analysts to define, execute, and deliver mission-essential reports and products.
Evaluate and analyze incoming reports, information, collection plans, and intelligence programs.
Project data, analyze trends, and develop probability models based on current and historical intelligence scenarios.
Conduct in-depth research and threat assessments, supporting counterintelligence initiatives and security risk mitigation.
Access, extract, and edit intelligence data from automated databases, formatting it per Government specifications.
Tailor threat analysis to meet unique Government requirements and produce summaries, briefings, and technical support documents.
Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to identify problems, assess facts, and present strategic recommendations.
Ensure compliance with all clearance-level protocols and standards in a classified work environment.
Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret/SCI required. Polygraph preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Required Experience:
10 years of hands-on experience in applying administrative principles, intelligence support, or national security practices.
5+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience in classified or security-sensitive environments.
Experience working in national security with a focus on information analysis and counterintelligence.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Chrome, and common office software.
Proven ability to devise methodologies for complex problems not solvable by standard procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging a diverse team with clarity and professionalism.
Skilled in presenting mathematical or analytical results to non-technical audiences, both verbally and in written reports.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working for the FBIPMP Certification
