Daily Responsibilities:
Knowledge of current software such as Numbers and Excel. Assisting with submittals and office support items. Assisting with engineering and management tasks.Required Skills:
High school diploma and any secondary diplomas (technical, community college, or university preferred). Experience in filing, logistics, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with computers and paper file systems. Strong organization and communication skills. Experience in administrative tasks and auditing.Nice to Have Skills:

KACO LLC is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning through closeout Define project scope, objectives, budgets, schedules, and quality standards Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Monitor project progress and proactively adjust plans to meet timelines and budgets Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders Lead and manage project teams, including staffing, supervision, and performance oversight Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, budgets, and schedules Provide regular reporting and updates to clients and leadership Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure quality standards and identify improvement opportunitiesQualifications
