    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Cash handling duties including preparation of tills, change fund maintenance, and preparation of depositsCustomer interaction and auditing of customer experience including but not limited to event executionEnsuring that cashier personnel adhere to correct cash handling procedures and sell effectivelyEnsuring that track personnel run races safely and efficientlyEnsuring that mechanic personnel maintain our karts in peak working conditionEnsuring that all staff are strictly adhering to company policies and providing outstanding customer serviceOrdering and purchasing operation supplies, concessions, and retail merchandisePerforming operational paperwork duties including safety, payroll, facilityContributing to schedules and employee communicationsCorresponding with and providing regular reports to ManagementMaintaining the effective operational feasibility of the centerMaintaining the highest standard of facility appearance including storage areas and the parking lotCoordinate with your Manager and Regional Manager to ensure that all facility maintenance is performed quickly

    Job Requirements:
