A minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in construction management is required. Candidates who have certification in materials testing should detail these certifications in his/her resume. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience working on projects with WisDOT and must have the ability to complete a project within budget and on time. Desired Skills and Experience BS in Civil Engineering or MS in Construction Management 1-4 years of construction management experience Knowledge of Construction and Materials Manual (CMM), Standard Specifications for highway and structures construction (SPEC), and Facilities Development Manual (FDM) Knowledge of Field Manager, Field Book and other construction related software WisDOT experience is preferred.
