Role Description This is role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) split between Bay City and Grand Blanc. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, supervising and training behavior technicians, providing parent education, and ongoing monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans. The role includes collaborating with other professionals and maintaining detailed documentation of progress. Qualifications Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies Strong skills in Behavior Management and creating individualized behavior intervention plans Experience in providing Parent Education and conducting training to support caregivers Background in Psychology or a related field, with an understanding of human behavior BCBA certification required Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain professional standards Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred Previous experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges is advantageous Great, Fun Attitude!
