Address: 2252 East 14 Mile Road Warren, MI 48092 Shift hours: Monday to Friday 12:30 am to 8:30 am Hourly rate: $23.00 Join our winning team! The Pharmacy Technician II performs duties to ensure the quality of products and proper functioning of equipment while working within the limitations of standard methods and procedures. May participate in preparation and dispensing of sterile products under direct pharmacist supervision, if allowed by the Board of Pharmacy. Requirements include: High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years’ experience in medical environment preferred; Certified pharmacy technician preferred; Achieves and maintains appropriate licensure/certification as required by Board of Pharmacy; Must complete CE or retraining as required by Board of Pharmacy; Basic math skills, including decimals and fractions, where interpretation is required; Strong organizational skills along with effective time management skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Customer focused; team oriented; Light, occasional physical effort required to move, lift and deliver containers and boxes up to 50 lbs. Ability to operate vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license. The Pharmacy Manager role includes: Assist in the development and communication of goals for pharmacy and individual team members that support the organization’s mission and performance goals; ensure facility is meeting the outlined goals and objectives; Administer the pharmacy budget; Manage profit and loss statements; monitor current revenues and expenses and analyze and report on variances from plan; Provide corporate accounting with weekly statistics reports and monthly statements, approve accounts payables and assist accounts receivable in collections; Oversee team member safety, radiation safety and quality programs to ensure pharmacy facility remains in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, laws and practice standards, as well as internal Jubliant Radiopharmacies safety policies and procedures; conduct pharmacy safety audits as required; Oversee team member training to assure compliance with all safety standards; may serve as Radiation Safety Officer or may delegate this responsibility to appropriately trained individual eligible to be named as RSO on pharmacy license; Compound and dispense radiopharmaceuticals; prepare doses for transit, including packing, wrapping, checking for contamination, completing necessary documentation, and delivering doses if necessary; calibrate instruments daily; oversee and contribute to the overall organization and cleanliness of the pharmacy; Remain prepared to perform emergency dispensing and/or radiation safety procedures; ensure the availability of an authorized user of radioactive materials in the event of emergency; Collaborate with Business Unit Director to maintain customer relationships and develop service contracts; provide recommendations for pricing and terms; respond to customer inquiries and complaints, take appropriate steps to ensure customer satisfaction; Negotiate with vendors for services and equipment to reduce costs and ensure product reliability; monitor and supervise facility maintenance and alteration under guidance; Qualifications: Bachelors of Science degree in pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy required; “Authorized User” of radioactive materials on the pharmacy’s radioactive materials license required; Two (2) plus years’ experience in management of operations and team; Must be able to successfully pass company’s background check and pre-employment drug test; Ability to operate a vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license also required; Demonstrated leadership skills in motivating team members and meeting performance goals, preferably in a medical environment; Radiation Safety Officer experience preferred Jubilant Radiopharmacies offers a competitive salary and benefits package, non-nuclear pharmacist training, relocation assistance and the opportunity to work for the fastest growing radiopharmaceutical company in the nation.
