We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager / Estimator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role combines estimating expertise with project management skills to oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will drive project success through precise cost estimation, effective coordination, and proactive management of all phases of construction. Duties
Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction estimates, while ensuring alignment with project scopes and client expectations
Develop detailed project schedules utilizing project management software to coordinate timelines, resources, and milestones
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to establish project requirements and identify potential challenges early on
Manage all aspects of project planning, including site logistics, safety protocols, and resource allocation, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget
Oversee construction site activities, providing leadership in construction management, site supervision, and quality control
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project coordination
Monitor progress, document changes, and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle
Experience
Proven experience in heavy commercial construction projects with a strong background in construction estimating and project management
Demonstrated ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with precision
Extensive knowledge of contracts, construction site safety standards, and regulatory compliance
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders
Prior experience working on large-scale projects involving project scheduling, site logistics planning, and resource management
Substantial experience within the Tenant Improvement space is preferred, as well as experience with Ground-up construction
