A growing, highly regulated manufacturing and refurbishing operation in Aurora, IL is looking for an experienced Director of Manufacturing to lead a close-knit facility specializing in the refurbishment, and manufacturing of precision components. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the VP of Operations.
The facility performs precision component repairs and produces aftermarket parts that meet or exceed OEM performance standards. The right person will be comfortable working in a process-driven environment while also thriving in the ambiguity that comes with a growing, entrepreneurial business.
